Every day, my Twitter feed is filled with dozens of random questions. This is where I provide the answers. It’s the Ultimate X Q&A. My, how the time has flown by. It’s number 136, and I’m still standing. Let’s do this.
What is a job that has the worst impact on mental health?
Any job dealing with the public and having to be nice, aka customer service representative. I did it for over forty years, Lord help me!
What would I need inside my white van to get you in it?
Pretty eyes, a nice smile, and a firm, round ass. Or twenty bucks.
Have you ever sent someone a risqué picture?
There may be a few pictures floating around. I admit to nothing.
You’re waking up tomorrow with superpowers. Are you going to be a hero or a villain?
Knowing me, a reluctant hero. I’ll help people, but I’d rather just be left the hell alone.
What do you think is the best hangover cure?
A cold beer. Sometimes, two.
Which film do you want to see turned into a musical?
I’ve never really thought about this. I’ve been writing a musical about serial killers for the past several years, but I’m currently experiencing a delay. I realized that I don’t write music. A real movie that would make an interesting musical? I don’t know. How about Jaws?
What are the foreign languages you’d like to master?
Spanish, German, and Japanese.
What would you tell your past self?
Trust the gut and if it tells you something, listen. Forget about what the heart says, but listen to the eyes and instincts instead.
What is so special about you?
What is so special about me? I have no idea. I’m a good cook, easy to talk to, and sometimes, I’m funny.
If dark chocolate is the only available food on this planet, would you eat it?
If it’s the only food, of course, I’d eat it. I don’t want to die.
Which one do you prefer: summer or winter?
I prefer the winter, but I get cold now when I used not to. I can handle being cold better than being hot. Yeah, winter.
What usually keeps you up at night when you can’t sleep?
Overthinking everything that’s ever happened in my life or may happen at some point. I am bad about that.
What traits did you get from your parents?
Stubbornness, determination, and work ethic.
What’s the best thing to do when you’re alone?
Write. Sleeping is also good.
Which do you listen to the most: your heart or your brain?
For the first part of my life, I always followed my heart. But after enough scars, betrayals, lies, failures, and headaches, I finally began to use my brain, mainly about five or so years ago. It was the best decision that I ever made.
And there you go. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s close up the shop today. Take care and be well, my friends. I’ll see you at the Dog Park.
