Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

The Undertaker said the spear should be used exclusively by Bron Breakker and taken away from everyone else. Thoughts?

This makes sense. Finishers should be kept strong and protected. In the old Crockett days, only Nikita used the Russian Sickle, aka Clothesline. Only Flair used the figure-four, while Johnny Weaver used the sleeper, and Baron Von Raschke used the claw. In WWE, the spear is used by Bron, Roman, Jimmy, Jey, and anyone who takes a fancy to it. That’s bad for business. Stick with just Bron since he has the best one, and maybe Roman since he was the OG of spears. Everyone else needs to find a new finisher.

Out of all the big guys in WWE history, who’s your favorite?

Of all time, that covers a lot of history. Let’s go with Blackjack Mulligan.

MJF attacked Mistico at an MLW event in New York City. Thoughts?

So far, they’ve wrestled in CMLL, AEW, and now MLW. Is this the new Arn Anderson versus Bobby Eaton, that happened in WCW, Smokey Mountain, and ECW? It sure seems that way. It just shows that someone thinks MJF versus Mistico is money. We’ll just have to watch and see how it goes.

Do you prefer Seth Rollins as a babyface or a heel?

A heel. A babyface Seth Rollins seems fake, forced, and just creepy. Seth is a natural heel and at his best when he embraces that role.

Can you envision the Young Bucks joining Cody in the WWE and forming an uber-heel stable for the next years?

The Bucks in WWE? No, I can not envision that, although I’m sure CM Punk would gladly welcome them with open arms.

If Zayn and Owens are both World Champions by next year’s Wrestlemania, could they recreate the Benoit/Guerrero WM 20 finish, or is it too toxic to touch?

I seriously doubt that Owens will be back in the ring by WrestleMania. But, that being said, Owens and Sami both with World Championships at the end of Mania, and having that moment, similar to what Benoit and Eddie did, would be great. No one would be thinking about Benoit. They’d be all about KO and Sami, and the moment. And it would be incredible.

What do you think the wrestling landscape would look like if Walter joined AEW instead of WWE?

Walter would be sitting around, bored at home, trying to figure out why the push ended and how much time is left on the contract, while WWE would have moved on, business as usual, but someone else in that top spot, maybe a Bron Breakker or Grayson Waller. It would be a different world in many ways. That’s for sure.

Why do you think AEW and WWE never seem to be ‘hot’ at the same time? Is it due to comparison or just coincidence?

WWE and AEW appeal to different fans and audiences. Any charm they have is just coincidence and which is more appealing at any given moment. Just comparison turned into coincidence.

If AEW are lining up Will Ospreay to finally win the World Title at All In Wembley next year, who does he beat? A third Omega match is my preferred option.

He beats whoever the champion is at the time, most likely Darby Allin.

Who do you think is better, both overall and at their peaks, and who do you prefer, Cena or Triple H?

This one is tough because my feelings for both have been up and down for years. I like parts of each character, but other aspects get on my nerves. I prefer Triple H, aka The Game. But who is better overall? Tough call, but I’ll go with Hunter again on that as well. He’s the boss now, right?
