Which WWE Superstars would thrive in AEW and why?

Which WWE talents would thrive in the chaos and insanity that is AEW? Naomi would do well, as would Austin Theory, Jacob Fatu, Sami Zayn, or Karrion Kross.

Are you a fan of AJ Styles?

While he’s not one of my personal favorites, AJ is a good wrestler, consistently delivering good matches and not falling short in any way, shape, or form. I appreciate talent, and AJ is a talented wrestler.

Mercedes Moné is now 8 Belts Moné. Thoughts?

How many of those belts actually mean anything in the big picture of things? And how many of those belts has she actually defended? Mone is padding her resume, and it makes for good press, but means nothing.

Is there a wrestler today who could pull off the turn that Hogan did when he joined/formed the NWO?

Nope. WWE tried with John Cena, and we all see how that is going. It was a different era and world where Hogan made his transition to Hollywood, and that kind of lightning only strikes once.

Drew McIntyre is stuck in England and might miss SummerSlam. Thoughts?

I’m sure that the matter will be fixed and straightened out before this weekend gets here and SummerSlam begins. Drew will be there.

If you won the lottery, would you start a wrestling promotion?

I might contribute some money and invest in a local wrestling promotion, adding my insights and knowledge, but as far as a new promotion goes, that probably wouldn’t happen.

Do you think Liv Morgan will clash with Roxanne Perez once she returns?

Of course, she will. Liv versus Roxanne is a good story and means money. It will happen.

Do you think Hulk Hogan’s inner circle should’ve been more open about his condition?

Nope. The Hogan group was there to protect Hogan from the media and vultures, and that’s exactly what they did.

What do you make of Linda Hogan’s quiet reaction to Hulk Hogan’s death?

Linda has long been vindictive, and most people view her as a crazy bitch, but now, she’s finally showing good sense and being respectful. It’s probably due to the kids, but Linda is perhaps doing the best thing she could do in this situation, and staying quiet.

Do you think AEW is giving fans enough storyline payoff, or is it all sizzle and no substance?

Payoff for what stories? The rush for most of the so-called stories makes Vince Russo look like Tim Conway’s ‘old man’ character; they’re so rushed. And the payoffs, when they do happen, are a chaotic and bloody, confusing mess. All sizzle, for sure.
