Coming up this weekend, from the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, are two nights of WWE magic with WWE SummerSlam 2025, live on Peacock, the WWE Network, and PPV. And we all know what that means? It’s prediction time. Let’s do Night Two.

Undisputed WWE Championship: Street Fight
John Cena (c) vs. Cody Rhodes.

I am so ready for this heel-Cena, championship reign to end, but I’m not sure if I’m ready for Cody to be the champ again either. Let’s take the baggage of being champion off Cena so he can focus on tying up loose ends and having fun.

Winner and NEW Undisputed WWE Champion: Cody Rhodes.

Triple threat match for the Women’s World Championship
Naomi (c) vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Iyo Sky.

They’re trying to recreate the magic that was WrestleMania, but with Naomi in there instead of Bianca. It’s a different spin, but it should be a good match. Iyo won at Mania, so she won’t win here. So, it’s Rhea or Naomi. Rhea doesn’t need the belt. Look for Naomi to retain.

Winner and STILL WWE Women’s World Champion: Naomi.

No Disqualification, No Countout Last Chance match for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria.

Bayley will get involved in some manner. I can just feel it. But who will she screw over? If Lyra loses, she can’t challenge Becky anymore. That kind of stipulation never works. We’re getting a new champion.

Winner and NEW WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion: Lyra Valkyria.

WWE United States Championship: Steel Cage Match
Solo Sikoa (c) vs. Jacob Fatu.

Solo needs the belt and to win more than Jacob Fatu does. I’d look for Solo’s family to get involved. We may even get a new Wise Man, otherwise known to many of the WWE talents as Daddy. The numbers game makes all the difference.

Winner and STILL WWE United States Champion: Solo Sikoa.

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. AJ Styles.

Dom is keeping the gold. Judgment Day gets involved, and the belt stays in the clubhouse.

Winner and STILL WWE Intercontinental Champion: Dominik Mysterio.

Six-Pack Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) (c) vs. Andrade and Rey Fénix vs. #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) vs. Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer) vs. Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) vs. The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford).

This will be brutal, chaotic, and just damn crazy from the opening bell to the end. I can’t see them removing the belts from the Wyatts after just one defense. Look for Uncle Howdy, Nikki Cross, and Erick Rowan to be the deciding factor as the numbers game strikes again.
