Cody Rhodes discussed not being treated well before he left AEW and stated that they would see how much he accomplished there once he was gone. How could Tony Khan let that happen to one of his very top guys?

It’s Tony being Tony. He’d rather book everything his way than take advice or listen to anyone else. That’s all I can say. It’s just Tony being Tony.

You missed a publishing deadline and therefore must take a version of
a DDT. Who are you taking it from and why: Jake Roberts, Cody, DDP, Randy Orion, or someone else with that famous finisher I’ve missed?

If I had to choose, I’d go with Double-A, Arn Anderson. After all, he’s The Enforcer. ‘Nuff said!

Different missed deadline, but now you have to take a pile driver, who from and why: Undertaker, Paul Orndorff, Don Muraco, Owen, Mick Foley, or someone else I’ve missed that used it?

Either Jerry Lawler or Harley Race. If I’m going to take a piledriver, I want a ‘King’ to do it.

Is Wardlow injured, or does Tony just not know what to do with him? He seems like a guy the WWE could turn into a star.

Wardlow was out for a while with a leg injury, but he just finished filming two seasons of American Gladiators. Tony has just booked him badly in AEW from Day One. AEW just doesn’t know how to use him properly.

Bronson Reed stole another pair of Roman Reigns’ shoes. Thoughts?

Bronson is playing the role of bully and thug, the consummate heel. Stealing the shoes is just a simple yet great way of showing it and getting heat. I’m liking this new dimension of Reed’s character.

Former WWE star Braun Strowman responds to Karrion Kross, saying WWE “don’t care about the fans”, they care about “nepotism ass kissers and their buddies”. Thoughts?

Strowman is mad at WWE and Cody. I guess he’s burning a few bridges and has no plans to ever return to WWE. Probably not a smart move, but Braun is an adult and can do as he pleases.

Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s contracts with WWE expire this weekend, and no new deal has been offered to them. Thoughts?

This sucks, but if a deal isn’t reached, WWE just handed AEW a great gift. Will AEW know what to do with it, or will they fumble the ball as usual? This is something we’ll have to watch and see what happens.

So, who’s the third El Grande Americano?

Based on the body and mannerisms, everyone seems to think it’s Tyler Bate. Personally, though, I think it’s Mark Henry. After all, he is a former Olympian, right?

Do you think there’s any path back into wrestling for Joey Ryan, or is the door permanently closed?

As oversensitive as the world is today, Ryan will never be able to take a booking without people getting upset. Remember, a year ago, Ryan had a real job, but was recognized, and people complained, costing him his job. Ryan did some stupid stuff, but forgiveness and redemption are not allowed in today’s oversensitive world. I think Joey Ryan’s career in pro wrestling is over.

Do you think John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar at Clash in Paris will live up to the hype?

I think Cena and Brock will put together a banger of a match and exceed expectations.

What do you think of WWE writing Roman off TV for a movie role?

He’s only been back for what? A month? And he’s gone again? I think it’s kind of lame, and the days of Roman as a legit top guy are beginning to slow down. It sucks!
