AAA will present their 2025 Triplemania event Saturday at 9 PM Eastern, 8/16 from Mexico City, streaming on WWE’s YouTube channel. And y’all know what that means. It’s prediction time.

AAA Mega Champion Hiko del Vikingo vs. Dragon Lee vs. Dominik Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano.

I am looking forward to this one. Dom continues to improve, while Lee and Vikingo are two very talented dudes. And Americano? He’s an enigma. Dom is already the WWE IC Champion, so while it would be cool to make him Dom-Two Belts, I don’t think it’ll happen. Dragon Lee is a great challenger, but he’s better as the challenger than the champ. Either Vikingo retains or El Grande Americano wins. We have at least three El Grande Americanos on record. That story has legs.

Winner and NEW AAA Mega Champion: El Grande Americano.

AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Lady Flammer vs. Natalya vs. Fabe Apache.

I don’t know the other two women well, but I know Natalya, and unfortunately, I don’t think WWE will be putting any gold around her waist, even if it is well deserved. Look for the current champion, Lady Flammer, to retain.

Winner and STILL AAA Reina de Reinas Champion: Lady Flammer.

AAA Tag Team Champions Los Garza vs. Pagano & Psycho Clown – Street Fight.

The champs are keeping their gold.

Winners and STILL AAA Tag Team Champions: Los Garza.

AAA Latin American Champion El Mesias vs. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.

I have no idea who El Mesias is, but I’m very familiar with El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. This match will rock. Look for the champion to retain.

Winner and STILL AAA Latin American Champion: El Mesias.

The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor, JD McDonagh & Raquel Rodriguez (with Roxanne Perez) vs. Mr. Iguana & Nino Hamburguesa & Lola Vice.

Never vote against Judgment Day.

Winners: The Judgment Day (Finn Balor, JD McDonagh & Raquel Rodriguez), with Roxanne Perez.

Copa Bardahl Match with Rumble-style entrances. Eliminations via pinfall.

As of my writing right now, Thursday afternoon, this match was announced, but no competitors have been named. So, I can’t predict a winner. It should be a fun match, though.

And I guess that’s it. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, questions, and your predictions are welcome and appreciated. Will Judgment Day win more gold? Will Natalya be wearing Lucha gold? Let me know what you think. I appreciate the continued support. And I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
