Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host and Guiding Light. Are you ready? Let’s do this.
Do you think WWE ticket prices are fair for the current product?
Nope. WWE is majorly overpricing their events and merchandise, and driving the common fans away.
John Cena has 3 matches left after his match with Lesnar at WrestlePalooza. Who do y’all think should be his final 3 opponents?
Crown Jewel, Survivor Series, SNME (Retirement Match).
Just off the top of my head, I’d go with Oba Femi, Roman Reigns, and Ethan Page.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett made their debut at GCW, helping Shotzi against Matt Cardona. Thoughts?
What better way to begin a career on the Indies than against the Indy God, Matt Cardona? So, I guess it wasn’t a work with WWE after all. This should be a fun and solid feud.
What do you think about Dana White’s recent comments, saying that independent wrestlers (who perform in worked matches aiming to mitigate legit injury as much as possible) should instead get into slap fighting (a shoot “sport” that directly invites CTE)?
Dana White is just being Dana White. The whole power-slap sport is not entertaining and is unnecessarily dangerous. Wrestlers should avoid it like the plague or a Covid vaccine.
Did you see the video with Rampage Jackson’s son, Raja, attacking that wrestler and beating him unconscious? Thoughts?
I saw it and was legitimately disgusted. It was an assault, pure and simple. That dude, Raja Jackson, needs to be locked up.
Leilani Kai versus Toni Storm. Who wins?
Toni may be timeless, but Leilani is a legit legend. Leilani Kai wins.
Do you think Raja Jackson should get another shot in the wrestling world, or is this enough to keep him away for good?
Jackson should never be allowed to attend a wrestling event again, ever.
Omos & Microman versus The Young Bucks. Who wins?
Omos and Microman, of course.
Who was the better NWA Champion? Lou Thesz, Dory Funk Jr., or Harley Race?
It would depend on what era you prefer and what you like, as arguments can be made for all three men. My pick would be the man I watched many times, the toughest man on God’s green earth, the 8-time champion, Harley Race.
Do you think Oba Femi is ready for the main roster?
The only problem would be finding him a strong role on the very deep WWE roster and a role that stands out, but as a performer and talent, Femi is absolutely ready, willing, and able.
