Would you order AEW PPVs directly through HBO Max if they offered a discount?

Nope. I’m on a fixed income, and the majority of the AEW stuff doesn’t do anything for me. I like several of the wrestlers, but the lack of stories and the flippy-floppy gymnastics, for the sake of doing spots, doesn’t interest me.

Cody & Brandi Rhodes just announced a new daughter. I didn’t even know Brandi was pregnant. Thoughts?

I didn’t know that they were expecting a child either, but that’s pretty cool. Congratulations to Cody and Brandi and their growing family.

Danger Pro Wrestling, an Indy promotion out of San Diego, CA, has allegedly booked Raja Jackson for an upcoming event. Thoughts?

This was a cheap stunt by Danger Pro Wrestling to get some publicity and get people talking. There has been some backtracking since everyone started talking, and the news broke. Nobody is booking Raja Jackson for any wrestling events or shows.

La Hiedra & Mr. Iguana are the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. What WWE teams would you like to see travel to Mexico and challenge for those titles?

Right now, I’d love to see Chelsea Green and Ethan Page make the trip down south and make a challenge for those Mixed Tag Team Championship titles. I think Chelsea and Page, and the Secret Hervice, would get over in AAA really well, and it would be a great crossover match for both AAA and WWE/NXT.

Who would be on your Mt. Rushmore of the worst wrestlers?

Based on stories by Dutch Mantell, I’d put George Gulas on the list. Based on my own observations, I’d put Dick Foley on the list. And the final two? Goldberg, and The Young Bucks.

Sami Zayn is the new United States Champion. Thoughts?

It’s a big move for Zayn, and it shows how over he is with the WWE fans and the faith the company has in him. I just hope that this U.S. title run is more interesting and exciting than his previous reign as the IC Champion last year on RAW. That title reign was totally forgettable. Let’s hope this one works out better.

Nikki Bella: “I’m really here to give my equity to others… I really just wanted to help out, and I wanted to just earn my spot again.” Thoughts?

Nikki might be speaking what she feels, but I don’t agree. I think Nikki is back to regain some status, make some money, and reestablish herself after a rough few years, including her bad marriage and career flops. Etc. Neither the in-ring nor the promos since her return seem real or up to par. I’m just ready for her to go away again.

Dominik Mysterio has suggested that John Cena challenge for the IC title before he retires. Would you like to see this match? Would you like to see Cena become a Grand Slam Champion?

While it’d be a good and fun match, I have no desire to see Cena ruin Dom’s current momentum. Cena doesn’t need any new belts added to his resume.

What do you expect the Rock to do when he returns to WWE?

He’ll get a huge pop, cut a good promo, make all sorts of huge promises, and fail to live up to the hype. At this point, The Rock is not a team player, but more of a disruptor. He should just focus on Hollywood and leave WWE alone.

You get to spend six weeks as the personal assistant for one of these men with unlimited access. Which one would you choose and why? Jim Ross, Vince McMahon, Jim Cornette, Paul Heyman, Vince Russo, or Eric Bischoff.

I don’t think I’d get along with Ross or Eric Bischoff very well, and the second or third time that Russo called me, “Bro!”, I’d want to punch him in the mouth. Vince creeps me out, so that leaves Corny or Heyman. He’d probably cuss me out at least a dozen times, and we’d disagree on most politics, but I think Corny would be the most exciting and educational experience. I’d play up to Stacy and Brian Last to intercede with Corny when necessary, and I’d take the job at Castle Cornette.
