Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host, guiding light, and the man with the best mullet since Billy Ray. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

Do you agree with Kaiser that WWE is showing too much of the backstage process?

The nosy-ass internet wrestling journalist in me loves it, but the fan in me wants a return to the guessing and questions, wondering what’s next and how things will develop. I want the genie back in the bottle, if you will. Kaiser is right.

Do you think bringing back Jack Perry alongside Luchasaurus was the right call?

As Jungle Boy, with Jurassic Express, Perry was interesting and entertaining. As the Scapegoat, he’s not. So yes, this is the right call.

Brock Lesnar will eventually be a WWE Hall of Famer, but should he also be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame?

I would say yes to both future inductions.

Who would win a real fight with Jack Brisco, Bruce Lee, or Muhammad Ali?

Arguments can be made for each man, but I’m a wrestling fan who writes about wrestling. And I’ll always pick the wrestler. Jack Brisco would win.

Is The Rock a better actor or wrestler?

As a wrestler, The Rock has basically six moves and a lot of catch-phrases. As an actor, he’s played hundreds of different roles and done a pretty decent job with all of them. And, isn’t wrestling a form of acting? So, I believe that answers the question.

ESPN did a rating and review of WrestlePalooza, and gave it a “C” rating. Thoughts?

I’m not sure about C, but it wasn’t as good as expected or hoped for, and seemed off in many ways. I can’t argue with that rating.

Do you think AEW should leave Warner Bros. Discovery and look for a new platform?

What’s left out there that would have the platform available that Warner Bros. Discovery has with Max and TNT/TBS? Everything else seems to be tied up with the WWE in some manner. If AEW leaves its current home, it’s essentially screwed.

According to Ross Hart, WWE may be rebooting Natalya and establishing her as a new character. Thoughts?

Nattie has reinvented herself as a tougher, more badass character away from the WWE main roster, and if she’s moving into that new role full-time, I’d be glad to see it.

And there you go. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and questions are welcome and appreciated. Reach me by e-mail at Doug28352@yahoo.com or on X at @Doug28352. I’ll see you at the matches.
