What happens to the WrestleMania week independent shows with WrestleMania going overseas? Will they appear at SummerSlam or another major event?

I guess that whatever the biggest event in North America happens to be that week, be it AEW, TNA, or someone else, they’ll gravitate towards that event.

With the move overseas for WrestleMania in a few years, is it finally time to find a different time of the year for the Hall of Fame? I just can’t see them flying new inductees and their families to Saudi Arabia, and depending on their health or age, they may not even be able to. Thoughts?

The Saudis won’t be happy, but moving the HOF to SummerSlam weekend, or maybe even having a PLE wrapped around the HOF Inductions, like WCW did with Slamboree: A Legend’s Reunion, is the best alternative. WWE has an issue on its hands to think about and deal with.

Has the build for Darby vs. Moxley’s I Quit match been too crazy? It’s to the point that if one of them doesn’t die, then no one will care. Setting guys on fire, Molotov cocktails, plastic bags over heads, tasers, etc. What’s left?

Open gunfire, and maybe ICE sweeping in to remove the Death Riders from the scene. This feud, and AEW in general, reminds me of an old Road Runner cartoon and his rivalry with Wile E. Coyote, but not nearly as entertaining. What’s next? Moxley with a package from ACME and painting a referee holding a Uzi on the wall? This is not wrestling. It’s just silly and stupid. But it’s what Tony Khan wants.

The Vision turned on Seth. Thoughts?

I didn’t see that coming, yet, but if Seth is truly injured, as he’s rumored to be, it’s a distraction to remove Seth from the spotlight for a while, while continuing to build Bron and Bronson. It definitely has the fans speculating and talking.

Ridge Holland announced that his WWE contract will not be renewed when it expires in November. Thoughts?

WWE is not firing Ridge. They’re just not renewing his contract. And WWE will continue to pay medical costs and rehab costs while Holland continues to recover from his broken foot. This sucks, but Holland is a talented wrestler, and he’ll be okay. Things haven’t been great in WWE for Holland since the injury to Big E. Maybe a change of venue is what he needs to get his career back on track. This parting of ways will give Holland a chance to rehab his career and reputation. Yeah, it sucks, but it may turn out to be the best for all parties involved. We’ll just have to watch and see.

So, who should replace Seth in The Vision?

We keep hearing rumors about Austin Theory being part of The Vision and a possible Paul Heyman guy, so there you go. The perfect replacement.

Does Hornswoggle belong in the WWE Hall of Fame?

He’s on the edge, but compare his career in WWE to Torrie Wilson, Kelly Kelly, James Dudley, and Michelle McCool. He has my vote. Hell, yes!

What’s your take on Cardi B possibly wrestling in WWE? Do you think that Naomi versus Cardi sounds like money?

Cardi B is a waste of WWE money, and we all can remember how well her appearance as the ‘Host’ of SummerSlam went, right? No, we can’t, because she was only there for five minutes, cut a very bad promo, and vanished, never to be seen again. But Naomi versus Cardi in the ring? Only if Naomi lays her out and shoots at her and her nasty WAP self. It would be interesting to watch.

Do you think that The Rock’s The Smashing Machine will pick up and become a cult classic on streaming?

It should do well on streaming. I doubt this movie will ever be in the black and profitable, but for a way to pass two hours on Netflix, I can definitely see that working for it.
