How would you rate WWE Crown Jewel: Perth?

Using the classic 5-star method, I’d give it a good 3.75 stars. It was solid from start to finish, and the crowd was hot. Tiffy versus Stephanie never seemed to click for me, but the show still delivered.

Do you think the WWE PLE views have dropped since they moved to ESPN?

I don’t know if TKO will release the actual numbers, but I’m sure they have. I know I’m not watching the PLEs anymore, nor are several people I know.

The Hardy Boys contracts with TNA are allegedly up next month. Do they stay with TNA, go to WWE, or what? Thoughts?

The Hardys will do what is best for the Hardy Boys. Right now, TNA seems to be the best as they represent TNA, plus hold titles for NXT and HOG as well. Regardless of which company owns their contract, Matt & Jeff are in a very good position.

The WWE Crown Jewel crowd wants Stephanie Vaquer to wrestle AJ Lee next. Do you want to see it?

That would be a good match. If AJ returns, I think her first priority will be Becky and the Women’s IC title, while it seems that Stephanie will be focused on Judgment Day. But somewhere down the line, Stephanie versus AJ Lee could be a good match.

Big E made it official on Stephanie McMahon’s podcast. He’s retired and won’t wrestle again. Thoughts?

This sucks for Big E, but I feel he was just confirming what we already know. Luckily, Big E has charisma and personality and seems to have a future on the broadcasting side of things for WWE, so he can still have a good career in wrestling.

So, Seth finally got past Cody Rhodes. What’s next for the WWE World Champion?

It seems as if Seth may have injured his shoulder during that match, plus The Vision turned on him at RAW. So, my guess is medical evaluation, dealing with betrayal, and CM Punk are the most immediate items on his scorecard.

What’s your take on Australia booing America’s Star Spangled Banner?

Was that Australia or Seattle and Chicago? I hate it when real-world politics and wrestling get mixed up. My take? Fuck them!

Do you think Mercedes Moné is helping or hurting the indie wrestling scene with her multiple title runs?

She wrestles for a promotion for one night, wins their top title, and never returns to defend it. It’s a short-term benefit for the smaller promotion, giving in a quick burst of mention, but the only one who truly benefits is Mercedes Moné. It’s not truly helping anyone, nor is she.

Does Shark Boy belong in the TNA Hall of Fame?

While I’d personally enjoy seeing it happen, the true answer is no. Shark Boy was a minor character in the big picture of things, and while entertaining, he’s never been more than an afterthought for TNA and the fans.

Who should be the next set of inductees into the TNA Hall of Fame?

How about Team 3-D and Awesome Kong? And if his health allows it, the man behind the Knockouts Division, Mr. Dirty Dutch Mantell. WE THE PEOPLE! ‘Nuff said!
