The Rock says that his daughter, Ava, refused his help to get into WWE. Thoughts?

Regardless of whether he actively made calls or called in favors for her, the only reason Ava has a job with WWE is because of who her father is. She couldn’t make it as a wrestler, and isn’t a great talker. The Rock can say anything he wants, and maybe he even believes it, but if Ava weren’t his daughter, she would not be part of WWE.

Do you agree with The Rock? Is Philly the top wrestling city in the world?

I think New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Paris, Tokyo, Greensboro, and Dallas, for starters, might have something to say about that. I’m a Charlotte/Greensboro/Atlanta fan myself.

Ronda Rousey says she’s too busy “Momming really hard” to think about her legacy. Thoughts?

Yet, every day, there seems to be a new comment about WWE, wrestling, Vince, and so on, coming out and being attributed to her. I think she cares more than she’s willing to admit.

Do you want to see Bam Margera appear in AEW for a match?

A Jackass in AEW? That would be different, right? No, I don’t want to see another clown added to the Tony Khan Circus.

Should WWE have Seth Rollins vacate the World Championship title if he needs time off for an injury?

If the injury is legit, then yes, Seth should vacate the belt. There is precedent, as Finn Balor can testify, as can several others throughout WWE history. It would be best for business.

Iyo Sky: “Every single day I struggle to speak English — Promos make me so nervous, even only short line makes me so nervous. Even backstage promos, everything”. Thoughts?

I can so feel Iyo on this. English isn’t even her native tongue, and cutting promos on national television in English, trying to get the words right, the projection of the words, the facial expressions, the emotions, and telling a story. That would have to be rough. But she’s killing it and deserves much credit for what she manages each week. I know I sure as hell couldn’t do it. Many kudos to Iyo.

Do you think Tony Khan should give BJ Ray a shot in AEW?

The kid has balls. He’s a rookie, part of the LFG program, and he’s calling out the boss of the #2 promotion, asking for a job. For that alone, Tony should at least give him a tryout and a meeting.

Do you want to see Rey Mysterio take a lead role in WWE’s AAA plans?

Rey is certainly more knowledgeable about Lucha Libre wrestling than Triple H or The Undertaker. And given his long history and friendship with Konnan, I’m sure he could do some amazing things in AAA. Give him a shot. It sure couldn’t hurt.

Do you think WWE was wrong to cut Ridge Holland while he’s injured?

His medical bills and rehab bills are still covered, so it’s not like they’re throwing him out on the street. WWE just didn’t renew his contract for a new long-term deal. I doubt they’ll cut him off entirely until he’s medically cleared, and it seems TNA has some interest in him, so I doubt he’ll be out of work for long.

Do you think IShowSpeed has what it takes to hold his own in a WWE match?

I don’t, but it seems that WWE does. So, we’ll just have to watch and see how this all turns out.
