Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host, guiding light, and the man with the best mullet since Billy Ray Cyrus. Are you ready? Let’s do this.
Does Steve “Mongo” McMichael belong in the WWE Hall of Fame? What about Lawrence Taylor?
Lawrence Taylor for sure. The man headlined WrestleMania against Bam Bam Bigelow. What the hell. Induct Mongo, too. If James Dudley and Michelle McCool are in there, both of these men should be too.
Mil Mascaras, Andre the Giant, and Dusty Rhodes versus Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar & Cody Rhodes. Who wins?
What a fight this would be. Five epic warriors and a Diva. And because of that diva, who eliminated himself from the Royal Rumble because he didn’t want to look bad, the new blood would win. Roman, Brock, and Cody with the victory.
David Otunga recently revealed that a documentary on The Nexus was filmed and completed, but then vanished, stating that he feels John Cena used his influence to kill the project. Thoughts?
It makes sense. Cena essentially destroyed the Nexus via backstage politics and buried the group on PPV. He wouldn’t want that revealed or brought back up. It would make Super Cena look bad. I believe Otunga here.
Who are your picks for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame inductions? Regular and legacy inductions.
Just off the top of my head, for the Class of 2026, we already know Stephanie McMahon is going in. For the rest, I’d say Demolition, Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express, Chris Jericho, Mickie James, Leilani Kai, and The Hardy Boys. As for Legacy Inductees, let’s go with Ole & Gene Anderson, Magnum TA, The Jumping Bomb Angels, Gary Hart, Sabu, and Iceman King Parsons.
Mickie James says that it would be a dream come true for Nick Aldis to wrestle again. Do you think the SmackDown General Manager has one more run left in him?
I think Aldis absolutely has one more good run left, and I think WWE is just saving him for the right opponent. And the right opponent in my mind would be the man Aldis fought for and defeated for the NWA Championship several years ago, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce. Are you listening, Triple H? The story writes itself, and these two have a great history and chemistry together. Make it happen. Make it official.
Dominik Mysterio says that he never cheats. Thoughts?
If you’re not cheating, you’re not trying. What does it matter, so long as you win? Dom isn’t cheating. It’s just using any advantage available. It’s only cheating if he gets caught.
Everyone was thinking that Vince Russo was working for the NWA. It turns out he’s a Juggalo, working for JCW. Thoughts?
I can not wait to hear Jim Cornette’s response to this. Russo is a Juggalo. Does this mean we’ll see Super Humman as the JCW World Champion? This has my interest for sure. Whoop whoop. Fuck this shit!
Jey Uso on his critics: “I’m tired of people saying I’m just an entrance”. Thoughts?
I hate to say it, but after the entrance, what is there? Jey is not a good talker or promo. The wrestling is essentially a superkick and a spear. He doesn’t stand out in the ring much from everyone else. That entrance is magical, but the rest of the Jey Uso package, not so much. YEET!
