Welcome to the show. It’s the only pro wrestling Q&A that matters. You have questions, and I have answers. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug, your party host, guiding light, and the man with the best mullet since Billy Ray Cyrus. Are you ready? Let’s do this. Happy Halloween.
Eddie Guerrero’s daughter, Sherilyn Guerrero, has begun training at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling. Thoughts?
Sherilyn is the daughter of Eddie and Vickie, so the pedigree is there. Booker is a good trainer, and that’s a great place to start. Maybe a few years down the line, she and her “brother,” Dirty Dom, can do a story together. It’s too early to think about stuff like that, though. Let’s wait and see how it goes.
Tyrus says that President Trump will “1000%” be attending John Cena’s final match. Thoughts?
I hope not. It would be cool to have the President there, but that would distract from the reason everyone should be there, John Cena’s last match. I expect the Administration will be well represented, but I hope that the President chooses to watch from home.
Mercedes Mone currently holds 12 Championships. So, eventually, will she lose the belts, or will she eventually vacate the titles?
Mercedes might actually do the right thing with the TBS Championship at some point, but the rest? I just can’t see her going back to these different promotions and taking one in the “L” column. She’ll either vacate the titles or pull a Moolah and keep the belts for 25 years.
Chelsea Green just signed a contract extension and is with WWE until 2030. Thoughts?
Good for Chelsea. WWE knows that they have a winner and huge star who could easily be the next Miz of WWE, and they’re keeping her. Good for her and them.
The better overall wrestler between these 2? (promo skills + in-ring work): Bronson Reed & Tyrus.
I think Tyrus, given his more recent experience on The Greg Gutfeld Show, Fox News, and doing live shows, would probably have the edge in the promo department. That being said, Reed gets better every time he’s on the mic. In the ring, I prefer Reed. So overall, I’ll go with the Tribal Thief, Bronson Reed.
Tiffany Stratton has reached 300 days as WWE Women’s Champion. Thoughts?
Has it really been that long? Tiffany is solid in the ring and a decent performer, but this reign as champion has been totally forgettable in my opinion. The heel Tiffany Stratton was far more interesting, and since becoming champion and turning face, she’s grown boring and stale in my eyes. But still, congratulations.
Ronda Rousey says that she has a speech disorder that affected her WWE promos. Rousey says that she suffers from apraxia, a motor speech disorder that affects how your brain sends signals to your mouth. For Rousey, that meant her words didn’t always come out the way she intended. Thoughts?
It sounds as if Rousey is just looking for excuses as to why things during that last run in the WWE weren’t all that. I’m not doubting her claims of problems talking, but that’s just grasping at straws and making excuses. Just one more complaint to add to the list.
Brad Maddox was fired from WWE in 2015 by Vince McMahon for using the word “pricks” in a live promo. Should WWE bring back Maddox and give him another chance?
It’s been ten years, and what would Maddox have to offer WWE today? And let’s not forget the Paige videos. I liked Maddox back in the day, and he could definitely have a career in the adult film industry. Hell, I’d gladly help him prepare if he were to do an OnlyFans. Call me, Brad. But a return to the WWE? No, I don’t think so.
Cyndi Lauper has announced a Las Vegas Residency, beginning in April 2026, and starting one week after WrestleMania 42, also in Las Vegas. Does that mean this is the year she’s finally going into the WWE Hall of Fame?
An induction to the WWE Hall of Fame for Cyndi is long overdue, and she’ll be in town for that week, preparing for her residency. If this isn’t the year, I’ll be surprised.
Barry Darsow (Smash) says that if Demolition is inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, it should be him, Ax (Bill Eadie), and Crush (Brian Adams) all included. Thoughts?
I agree 100%. Brian had a great run as Crush, with Demolition, and then as a solo star, before going to WCW and being part of Kronik. His career was HOF worthy on its own, and he was a big part of the success of Demolition. And if it does happen, I’d have Bryan Clark accept the honor on BA’s behalf. Give Demolition and Crush both their flowers, while reminding the world what we all should already know. It’s all about Kronik.
