Tonight, live from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, it’s AEW Full Gear 2025. Sponsored by DC Comics, I expect we’ll see some colorful costumes during the night. There are also a ton of matches advertised for both the PPV event and the pre-show, the Tailgate Special. More will probably be added before I wake up in the morning. With that in mind, let’s jump right to it and do it. Let’s roll.

Boom & Doom (“Big Boom!” A.J. and Q. T. Marshall) (with Big Justice) vs. RPG Vice (Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta).

When did Boom and QT start being buddies? I must have dozed off somewhere. They’re in Jersey, which is Big Boom’s area. They’re not losing.

Winners: Boom & Doom (“Big Boom!” A.J. and Q. T. Marshall) (with Big Justice).

$200,000 Four-Way Match
Max Caster and Anthony Bowens vs. Bang Bang Gang (Austin Gunn and Juice Robinson) vs. Big Bill and Bryan Keith vs. The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd).

It must be nice that AEW has all this money to throw around for meaningless matches. Let’s give this one to Juice and the Not-Ass-Boy, Austin Gunn, so they can go out and buy some bang bang. I think Austin owes Danhausen some money, anyhow.

Winners: The Bang Bang Gang.

CMLL World Trios Championship
El Sky Team (Místico, Máscara Dorada, and Neón) (c) vs. The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Konosuke Takeshita, and Hechicero).

I didn’t even know that CMLL had a Trios Championship. New belts for Callis to paint a picture of? Sure, why not?

Winners and NEW CMLL World Trios Champions: The Don Callis Family.

Hook and Eddie Kingston vs. WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry and JD Drake).

Hook and Eddie didn’t show up to lose.

Winners: Hook & Eddie Kingston.

AEW Women’s World Championship
Kris Statlander (c) vs. Mercedes Moné.

Mercedes has thirteen belts. Does she add the big one to her trophy case, or does this build and continue to another time? I say, Yes.

Winner by DQ: Mercedes Moné. (Statlander retains the title.)

Steel Cage Match: AEW World Championship
“Hangman” Adam Page (c) vs. Samoa Joe.

Never bet against Samoa Joe.

Winner and NEW AEW World Champion: Samoa Joe.

AEW World Tag Team Championship
Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) (c) vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) (with Stokely).

Rick Steamboat makes an appearance, and the evil plans of FTR are foiled. Look for Brodido to retain.

Winners and STILL AEW World Tag Team Champions: Brodido.

$1,000,000 Trios Match
Kenny Omega and Jurassic Express (“Jungle” Jack Perry and Luchasaurus) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) and Josh Alexander.

Should Omega even be cleared to wrestle? And does anyone even care about this match? If the Bucks win, they’re millionaires. I think we’ll go the other direction. Dinosaur food is expensive.

Winners: Kenny Omega & Jurassic Express.

Casino Gauntlet match for the inaugural AEW National Championship.

Bobby Lashley is #1. Shelton Benjamin is #2. And we don’t know who else will be showing up. Maybe Christian Cage? Maybe MJF? Maybe even Gillberg or Repo Man. The new National Champion? Let’s go with Lashley for this one.

Winner and NEW AEW National Champion: Bobby Lashley.

No Disqualification – AEW TNT Championship
If Briscoe loses, he will be forced to join The Don Callis Family.
Kyle Fletcher (c) (with Don Callis) vs. Mark Briscoe.

A team member who doesn’t want to be part of the team? Wow, that’s original and fresh storytelling. I can’t see Fletcher dropping the title just yet, so let’s go with the long-term storytelling and fun story of Briscoe’s eventual sabotage from within.

Winner and STILL AEW TNT Champion: Kyle Fletcher.

Darby Allin vs. Pac.

What will Darby destroy with his body this time on his path to victory? That is the question.

Winner: Darby Allin.

Babes of Wrath (Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron) vs. Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue) vs. Timeless Love Bombs (“Timeless” Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa) vs. Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir.

The winner scores an advantage in a future match that has something to do with the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship. I can’t remember what, and it’s late. I’m tired. I’m not looking it up. The heels win. So, who are the heels here? Let’s go with Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir.

Winners: Megan Bayne and Marina Shafir.

No Holds Barred Match
Jon Moxley vs. Kyle O’Reilly.

Moxley has lost a couple of matches and needs to redeem himself. Look for blood, plunder, and outside interference. And Moxley for the win.

Winner: Jon Moxley.

And there you go with my predictions. So, what are yours? Will you be watching this, or AAA on YouTube? Let me know in the comments. Thanks for reading. And I guess that’s all for now. I’ll see you at the matches.
