Every day, my Twitter feed is filled with dozens of random questions. This is where I provide the answers. It’s the Ultimate X Q&A. My, how the time has flown by. It’s number 173, and I’m still here. Don’t say I don’t love ya.

What was your least favorite food as a kid?

I don’t remember. Pickles, saurkraut, or green stuff, most likely, the same as they are now.

Should all healthy 18-year-olds be required to serve two years in the military?

Our country would be a much better place if this happened. I’ll say yes.

How many Band shirts do you own?

Probably about 8-10 band shirts. Wrestling shirts and NSFW shirts full of innuendo or sarcasm are more my thing.

If you had to be trapped in a TV show for a month, what show would you choose and why?

Either Roseanne or The Drew Carey Show. Either way, I wouldn’t have to change my life or character at all.

What was your first job?

When I was 13-14, I was unloading trucks and helping my Mom put up stock at the store she managed. My first real job, though, was at a BBQ Restaurant when I visited my Dad for the summer. I worked as a dishwasher, but also waited tables, cooked, fixed plates, and did anything else that needed to be done.

The U.S. is discontinuing the penny. Thoughts?

I don’t like it, but it is what it is. I guess there is no more ‘penny for your thoughts’. I’ll still save them and use them, though, as long as I can.

What book or movie left a lasting impression on you?

A book my friend, Theresa, introduced me to over thirty years ago. Notes to Myself, by Hugh Prather. From the first words I read of Hugh baby, I was hooked.

What’s the next place on your travel bucket list?

Walmart. I have to go pick up a prescription, and the doctor’s office wouldn’t call it in for me on Thursday. So now, I have to go drop it off, wait, etc. I hate Walmart.

What does your morning routine actually look like on a normal day?

I wake up. I pee. I check on my baby and give him treats and love. I give the Straybies fresh food and water. Then back to the bedroom and bathroom where I change the dressing on my foot, clean up, get dressed, etc. In the middle of all this, I cuss a great deal. And then back to the kitchen to take my meds and figure out what is on the agenda for the day.

Where were you 3 hours ago?

I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth and washing my hair. I badly need to go get a haircut.

Who or what are you in love with?

Eric.

Have you ever eaten a crayon?

I don’t think so, but I was a weird kid, so it’s possible.

Is there anything pink within 10 feet of you?

The only thing I can see is a Tootsie Roll piggy bank.

When was the last time you went to the mall?

I can’t remember. It’s been a long, long time ago.

Are you wearing socks right now?

I have a sock on my stump to help hold the prosthetic leg in place. Does that count? I have an ace bandage and a gauze wrap on my good foot.

Do you have a car worth over $2,000?

My truck cost $500, and that was six years ago. And it still runs very well, thank you. So, that would be a no.

When was the last time you drove out of town?

I rode through the country, taking the long way home, on Wednesday. Would that count?

Have you been to the movies in the last 5 days?

No, but I did watch a movie on Tubi last night called The Unbreakable Bunch. I also did a movie review. Go read it at the site.

Are you hot?

In my own distinct way, I am forever a sexy beast. At least your boyfriend thinks so. So does your father.

What was the last thing you had to drink?

Pepsi Zero, the nectar of the diabetic gods.

What are you wearing right now?

Shorts, a t-shirt, and my leg. My usual wardrobe.

Do you wash your car or go to the car wash?

The car wash. I always see so many unique and interesting people there.

What was the last food that you ate?

Some Mac & Cheese last night. But I’m cooking breakfast right now in the oven. A Hungry Man chicken dinner. It should be ready in about ten more minutes.

Where were you last week at this time?

I was probably sitting right here in my chair at the computer. Either that or in bed, asleep.

And there you go. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s close up the shop today. Take care and be well, my friends. I’ll see you in the Quiet Room.
