Coming up tonight, live from Washington, D.C., at the Capital One Arena, it’s the end of an era. It’s John Cena’s last match and the end of a long and glorious twenty-plus years of being the WWE’s prime time playa. It’s live on Peacock in the United States and on WWE’s YouTube internationally. Imeant to do this last night, but I was stressing. Better late than never, it’s time to make a few predictions. Let’s do this.

John Cena’s Final Match
John Cena vs. Gunther.

This is the match that everyone is coming to see. Will Vince McMahon or President Trump be in the audience? Who knows? But Cena will be there to say goodbye, and Gunther will be there to cement his legacy as the future of WWE. This should be an exceptional match, as I expect both men will pull out every move, every trick, and give 1000% from bell to bell. And the winner? No one will care about the actual match, Cena will do a speech, probably get a send-off full of legends and superstars, and have that big moment after the match. The winner of the match, though, and the new Legend Killer of WWE, I’m pulling for the Ring General.

Winner: Gunther.

World Tag Team Championship Match
AJ Styles & Dragon Lee vs. Je’Von Evans & Leon Slater.

I didn’t know this was a title match. That changes everything. I thought we’d havea big match, and Je’Von and Slater would come just that close, but lose to the team of AJ Lee 2.0. But the belts are on the line? My gut says new champions.

Winners and NEW World Tag Team Champions: Je’Von Evans & Leon Slater.

Oba Femi vs. Cody Rhodes.

No belts are at stake here, as the NXT Champion and the WWE Champion clash, and again, that makes all the difference. Cody has a problem named Drew McIntyre, while Femi has a problem named Ricky Saints, who wants his belt back, but helped Femi retain at last week’s NXT. We all know that Saints is close to Cody, so he’ll probably be there to watch Cody’s back, or stab him in it. And Drew will absolutely get involved. And when the smoke clears, the black and gold brand will stand tall.

Winner: Oba Femi.

Bayley vs. Sol Ruca.

Bayley is the veteran and teacher. Ruca is the up-and-coming future of WWE and a star on the rise. This one could go either way, and neither woman will be hurt by the loss. My gut says Ruca will win, but my heart says Bayley deserves the honors. Let’s follow the heart.

Winner: Bayley.

And there you go. So, who do you think will win or lose? Will Cena walk out with his arm raised, or will he follow the time-honored tradition? Will Vince and the President be there? Who else will show up to pay homage to John Cena? I expect it will be a night to remember. Let me know what you think about all of this. And with that, let’s wrap it up. Thanks for reading and for the continued support. I’ll see you at the Main Event.
