Is it more of the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A? Damn straight. I’m your party host and Guiding Light, Doug. Let’s roll.

Fatal 4-Way: The Road Warriors versus The Hardys versus The Dudley Boyz versus The Usos. Who wins?

Four legendary teams that represent the very best in tag team wrestling, this one is a tough choice. My gut says that The Dudleys would end up with the victory and the gut never lies so let’s go with Bubba Ray and D-Von.

Scott Hall or Roddy Piper?

Both men were amazing talents and each has a unique legacy that they’ve left behind in the world of professional wrestling. As a character and talent, my personal preference would be Scott Hall. Piper, to me anyhow, seemed to lose a step when he made the move from the Mid-Atlantic and Georgia territories to the WWF. He was still great, but he wasn’t the Piper I remembered and enjoyed. Hall was consistent throughout his career until the demons seemed to get the better of him, but he was still a captivating presence both in and out of the ring.

Biggest douchebag in wrestling?

It’s tough to judge people unless I’ve personally interacted with them, especially with a label such as this one. I’ve met a lot of wrestlers over the years and my experiences have been mixed, but I can’t call anyone a douchebag. I guess I’ll just go with the easy answer given the revelations of the past year or so. Let’s go with Vince McMahon.

First it was Santos Escobar and now Carlito. And don’t forget Dom. Why does everyone turn on Rey Mysterio?

Because Dom was telling the truth and Rey, while he is a great wrestler, is a deadbeat Dad and lousy friend. And also because the bookers want it that way.

Who Wins: Jeri-Show (Chris Jericho & Big Show) Vs The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro)?

My money would be on Sheamus and Cesaro. They were an awesome team.

The Rock announced on his Instagram that Drew McIntyre has re-signed with WWE. Thoughts?

I’m glad to see this because Drew has been really on a roll as of late and is at the top of his game. He has a lot of momentum going into the current year and I’m looking forward to seeing what might be coming with CM Punk and Sheamus. I’m sure that Drew looked at all the options and made the choice that he felt would be best for his family and career. I’m glad he’s staying with WWE.

Who’s On Your Light-Heavyweight/Cruiserweight Mount Rushmore?

For me, it would be Juventud Guerrera, Rey Mysterio, Billy Kidman, and Dean Malenko.

Whatever happened to Griff Garrison? Is he still in AEW?

From what I know, Griff is still part of the AEW roster and is currently assigned to the ROH brand. His last television appearance was a loss to ROH Champion Mark Briscoe in a “Proving Ground” match. That match, along with a loss to Adam Copeland in January on Collision has been his only two matches so far this year.

You get one of these guys in their prime for 20 years to start a wrestling promotion with. Who are you choosing? Hulk Hogan or Stone Cold Steve Austin?

I’d go with Stone Cold for this one. He’s the more versatile of the two wrestlers and his style would get over better in today’s market than Hogan’s squash match/leg drop style of wrestling.

Kevin Kelly just revealed on X that he plans on taking legal action regarding his dismissal from ROH/AEW. He didn’t specify if he’s talking about AEW or Ian Riccaboni who he’s publicly accused of “ruining his career”. Thoughts?

Kelly, from what I understand, feels that he was slandered and fired without cause. If he feels that way and has proof, then I don’t blame him for being upset and wanting to take action. There aren’t many jobs available in professional wrestling for a commentator and a big black mark on his resume can cost him future deals and jobs. If he needs to clear his name, that’s exactly what he should do. Good luck, Kevin Kelly.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap things up. Take care and be well, my friends. Be wary of the Samoan Spike and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
