It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m Doug and time is money so let’s get rolling. And away we go.

Better heel turn. Hulk Hogan or MJF?

The Hulkster. Hogan turned heel after a career of being the biggest babyface in wrestling and a cultural icon. MJF has been back for three weeks and has always been a heel in his actions and heart. With Hulk, it was a shock. With MJF, it was just another day at the office.

Rufus R. “Freight Train” Jones versus “Scapegoat” Jack Perry. Who wins?

Perry would probably win the match. Rufus was entertaining to watch, but he wasn’t a great wrestler. A great character, yes, but in the ring? Not so much. Perry is annoying, but he can wrestle when he needs to. Perry would win.

The Rock calls his “Final Boss” character the GREATEST heel in pro wrestling history. Thoughts?

The Rock is a great character and to be honest, the Final Boss is a decent character as well. But the greatest? I think Undertaker, Steve Austin, Vince, Flair, The Horsemen, the NWO, Kevin Sullivan, etc., might disagree.

Bruno Sammartino or Brock Lesnar? Who wins?

Bruno is a true living legend, but Brock is a freak of nature and the name “Beast” fits him well. Brock would win this one.

Would you like to see Zach Sabre Jr. in AEW or WWE full-time?

Sabre is a talented wrestler and entertaining to watch, but I don’t think he would do well in WWE. Sabre is better suited for AEW with the flippy-floppy moves.

What was the point of Tony getting beat up and coming back like nothing happened? What was the payoff?

There was no payoff. It happened and two weeks later, it’s forgotten. It’s AEW and Tony Khan’s booking. What more needs to be said?

Who was the best United States Champion of all time?

There are so many great wrestlers who have held that championship, such as Harley Race, Ric Flair, Jimmy Snuka, Paul Jones, Matt Hardy, etc., it’s hard to pick just one as the best of the best. My favorite? Barry Windham.

Thoughts on Jeff Jarrett getting bounced early in AEW’s Owen Hart Tournament?

It sucks, but it’s pro wrestling and shit happens. I feel for Jeff. He deserved better.

Kevin Nash versus Wade Barrett. Who wins?

Nash may be ‘Big Sexy’, but I have some bad news for him. Barrett would whoop that ass.

Now that the WBC has banned boxer Ryan Garcia, would you be interested in seeing him become a professional wrestler?

Garcia is only twenty-five years old and has made some major mistakes, screwing up his life. But he’s young and has charisma and is a natural athlete and talented dude. If boxing isn’t an option anymore, I could see him eventually turning to MMA or pro wrestling and looking for a new lease on life. He needs to get his shit straight first and focus on that, but he’s young and has a reputation and name, tainted as it is. Wrestling or MMA could always be a future option for him. Best of luck to Garcia and hopefully we’ll see him again in the future in a much better place.
