One of the more interesting people that I follow on Twitter is a man named Tyler (The Ghost) Casper. (@tyler_casper) Check him out and give the man some love and a follow. Now, what was I saying? Oh yeah, he asks a lot of questions. And the regular readers of this site know how I am about questions, right? So I went down his Twitter feed and copied several of the most recently asked questions. And now, for your reading pleasure, it’s time to provide a few answers. So are you ready? Let’s do this…

What will people probably say about you after you’re gone from this world?

“Damn, whatever happened to that guy from the store? He was an odd fellow!”

What is one nickname you’d never want?

“Toots”

Do you have a white picket fence?

No, but we have a black and yellow fence our neighbor made when he first moved next door about twenty-plus years ago. He’s had to repair it many times and it’s kind of rough looking, but it’s still kind of cool as well. We’ve gotten used to it.

Have you ever played paintball?

No, I can not say that I have.

What is something you’ve given up for Lent at some point in time?

I gave up buying comics, but that was because of a need to pay bills and not enough money. It had nothing to do with Lent. I gave up on your boyfriend too, but that was because of personality issues. I didn’t like his personality. Lol.

Have you ever fasted?

Yeah, but again, it wasn’t deliberate. I was poor, not working, and had no money to buy food. Hard times, my friend.

How do you feel about bark collars?

I wouldn’t wear one. They’re not my style.

What is your favorite piece of furniture in your house?

My bed. It’s comfortable, in a dark cold room, and makes me feel all happy and content.

Do you have a garden?

Do I look like an octopus at the bottom of the sea? (Who gets that reference?) No, I do not.

Have you ever milked a cow?

I was shown how by my grandma when I was very young, but I haven’t done it in about 47 years now. I would be totally lost in my efforts.

Have you ever ridden a horse?

Every single time I see a Merry-Go-Round, I hop right up there on that horse and ride.

Have you ever driven a farm tractor?

No, I have not. I’m a city boy (mostly).

Do you know how to drive a stick shift?

My first car was a Toyota Corolla (5-speed) and I had several Volkswagens over the years, so that would be a yes.

What was the last movie you watched in theaters?

The Avengers: Endgame.

Did you grow up on a farm, in the country, or a city/town?

In a city to start, Raleigh, then the country, Maxton, and now in a town, Laurinburg.

What is your favorite noodle dish?

Spaghetti.

What is the most boring thing to watch on TV?

Either golf or baseball, followed by anything on MSNBC.

What is the most boring thing to watch in person?

Either golf or baseball, followed by the walls of a motel room when you’re sober with no internet connection.

What is your favorite m&m?

The green ones with the peanuts.

What is your favorite juice?

Juventud Guerrera.

And there you go. My thanks for wasting a few minutes and reading. Any comments, thoughts, or questions, drop me a line, and let’s chat. Until the next time, take care of yourself and stay safe out there in this mad, mad, mad, mad world. I’ll catch you on the flip side.

Ubuntu!
