Over in Twitter World, from where I am banned for the next 12 hours, there is a man who likes to ask questions. His name is Casper and he resides at @ghostly_host. Check him out and follow the man. You’ll be glad you did. Now, what was I saying? He likes to ask questions and I like to answer them. And here we are and we’re ready to go. Let’s do this.

What is the most magical kids movie you’ve ever watched?

Harry Potter of course. It had kids, lots of magic, and even a guy with no nose. Oops, I misread. I do that sometimes. A movie made for kids that has a magical appeal about it is more likely what is being asked. And for that, I’ll go with… I can’t think of anything at the moment. I’ll circle back to this question. Let’s move on. And I am back. How abut Casper The Friendly Ghost, in honor of our questioner? Works for me.

Do you have a favorite musical?

I love musicals and have many favorites including RENT!, Jesus Christ Superstar, Grease, Hairspray, Shock Treatment, and HAIR! All of which I’ll watch repeatedly and know all of the words to each song being sung. As for my favorite, I’ve been an official card-carrying member of the official fan club since 1981. Don’t dream it, be it. It’s the Rocky Horror Picture Show.

What is your favorite movie clip?

So many favorites, but I’ll go with this one right here for this question.

Would you take the jab with a “spoonful of sugar”?

With all apologies to Dr.Seuss, I will not take it in a box, I will not take it with a fox, the jab comes from a government that I do not trust, it is not fair nor is it just…

Why is common sense no longer common nowadays?

Because children have no upbringing and are being raised by TV, bad music, and stupid parents rather than responsible parents who actually give a damn.

Are bigfoot and the abominable snowman related?

I think they’re first-cousins by marriage.

Do you think there really is a Loch Ness monster?

I think there are many things in this world that we have no idea about and exist outside our idea of reality. Aliens, ghosts, spirits, magic? Are they all truly just figments of our imagination? Some may say so, but I don’t agree. We’re just not smart enough to know about them yet.

Where’s the vaccine for stupid?

The patent for this vaccine was bought up by the powers-that-be many years ago because people who are smart & educated are not as easy to manipulate and control as stupid idiots are. Keep the world dumb as possible and the ones in power can stay there forever.

Have you ever seen a bigfoot?

I’m not sure. There was a woman, at least we think it was a woman, that used to come into Dairy Mart late at night back in the early ’90s. She had lots of body hair, always barefoot, and a strong body odor. She might not have been a true sasquatch, but damn if she didn’t look the part. And she didn’t talk so much as just the occasional grunt. Was this a bigfoot? Who knows for sure?

What is your favorite outdoor scent?

Fresh cut grass is great. The salty air coming off the ocean at the beach is pretty good as well.

What is your favorite soft wood?

That would be Danny. He didn’t have much to work with, but damn he was cute and fun and made the most out of what he had.

What is your favorite hard wood?

That would be James. He had the equipment and it was always rock hard and solid, but his skills were lacking if you catch my drift. Still, taking control and being the teacher was fun. No regrets.

If you could be any reptile, what would you be?

A reptile? Hmmmm. How about a sneaky snake? Enjoy the video.

Did you ever play cowboys and Indians growing up?

Many times. It was a big part of being a kid for all kids until it was deemed politically incorrect and racist. For us kids though, it was just using an imagination and having fun. Good times.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. I’ll be back soon with more fun stuff. Until then, take care of yourself and stay safe. I’ll see you on the flip side.

Ubuntu!
