It’s time, my friends, to get funky like a monkey and take care of some bid’ness. I missed yesterday, my apologies, but today, we do some making up for the lost time. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

The Dark Carnival (The Demon, Vampiro, The Great Muta) w/ Insane Clown Posse versus House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews). Who wins?

This match actually intrigues me because it would be fun, stiff, and entertaining. It would definitely be a dark match, maybe a Lights-Out match. Black, Brody, and Matthews are so good, but on the other side, we have Vampiro & The Great Muta. The ICP is there and oh yeah, we have the Kiss Demon. I can’t remember for sure if the man doing the Demon thing with the Dark Carnival was Brian Adams or Dale Torborg? I think it was Torborg, as Adams was showing the world, along with Bryan Clark, that when push comes to shove, it’s all about Kronik! Back to the match though. It would be a fun match to see, and the winner would be The Dark Carnival. Never bet against Muta. Never.

Ahmed Johnson said in a recent interview that he’d love to face off against Bobby Lashley & Brock Lesnar. Thoughts?

Ahmed Johnson was a sloppy wrestler and the last time he returned to the ring, fighting Booker T over the letter “T” in WCW, he was more clumsy than ever and way out of shape. That was over twenty years ago so can you imagine what kind of shape he’s in now. In his prime, both Lashley and Brock would have totally decimated him. And if it was to happen now? Johnson would think he’d gone one on one with the Undertaker because he would end up, dare I say it, Resting In Peace!

Booker T said that he thinks MJF and Tony Khan are just working the fans about their contract issues. Agree or disagree?

I’ve been saying this for a while. Of course, they are. MJF is a classic style heel and Tony Khan is a rich mark. It’s all just work.

Who was your best member of Demolition?

I have to go with the creator, the founder, the original, the man is formerly known as The Masked Superstar, Mr. Bill Eadie, aka Ax. Without Ax, there would be no Demolition. And there you go.

Stephanie McMahon has announced she’s taking a leave of absence from WWE. Thoughts?

Stephanie is taking a leave of absence just as Triple H returns to full-time work at the company. I guess someone needs to stay home and watch the kids. I say good for Steph because she’s never really taken a break since joining the WWE directly out of college. Enjoy the vacation.

WWE announced that Naomi & Sasha Banks have been suspended indefinitely and stripped of the Women’s Tag Team Championship. Thoughts?

What else can WWE do? Naomi and Sasha screwed up and walked out and thus, the titles are now vacant. Good call by the WWE and now, we can get a tournament and maybe get a team that actually appreciates the titles and can bring honor to them for a change.

The more breaking news is that both Sasha’s and Naomi’s contracts with WWE are up within the next few months. Thoughts?

From what I understand, Naomi was in negotiations and Sasha’s deal expires in two months. Naomi would have been okay, due to her family connections, but Sasha, I think, just threw Naomi to the sharks. Sasha comes across as a spoiled brat, entitled, and while she has great in-ring skills, her attitude is lacking, at least in my opinion. I think Naomi will end up eating a lot of crow and will end up coming to terms with WWE and sticking around. Sasha? I think when the contract expires, she’ll try her hand at Hollywood and maybe AEW, only to realize that the grass isn’t always greener. Good riddance.

Have you seen Conrad Thompson’s comments about Rick Steamboat’s turning down being part of the Flair match? He sounds kind of bitter. Thoughts?

Conrad did sound petty and bitter in his comments, in that he said he didn’t want to sound bitter, BUT… I think the “Podfather” is upset that Steamboat threw a monkey-wrench into his plans and dared to speak up and talk about it when asked. What did he expect Steamer to do when asked about possibly wrestling Flair? It’s a bad idea and Steamboat knows it and Conrad seems to be mad that he can’t control everything and everyone. I’m interested in seeing where this goes.

Who’s the best comedy wrestler of all time?

This is a tough call because there are so many names that come to mind when I think of comedy wrestling. Santino, The Blue Meanie, Danhausen, Orange Cassidy, Shark Boy, etc. Even William Regal, Disco Inferno, Alex Wright, and Simon Dean did comedy at times but were capable of great matches when they got in the ring. So best of all time? He’s a damn good wrestler and a former NWA World Champion, but the man’s talent for being a fool and making us laugh is unsurpassed. I’m talking about the 52-time WWE 24/7 Champion, R-Truth.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Until the next time, take care and be safe, my friends. Watch out for the foreign objects. I’ll see you at the matches.
