Greetings, salutations, and how the hell are you? Are you ready to talk wrestling? It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

Road Warriors or Legend of Doom?

The Road Warriors were tough, but the Legion of Doom had thirteen of the vilest and most evil villains known to man, so it’s a hard call. I’ll go with the Road Warriors though. I loved their theme music.

Is Eddie Kingston a top 10 performer of all time in your eyes?

Of all time, nope. I don’t think so. He can cut a good promo, but aside from that, I personally don’t see much in him.

What will be Vince McMahons’ legacy 50 years from now? How will he be talked about?

The greatest wrestling promoter of all times and a crazy-ass billionaire.

What at least in your opinion would allow AEW to continue to grow long-term?

Have the wrestlers slow down just a bit in the ring to prevent injuries, a booker who knows pro wrestling to keep things a little more consistent and on track, and for Tony Khan to delegate some of the power so he doesn’t suffer from burnout.

Do you see Sasha going into acting or going to AEW?

Why not both? AEW isn’t as organized and the women’s division isn’t nearly as strong as WWE, but just her presence alone will add a great deal to the AEW Women’s Division. And so far as acting goes, she’s already worked for Disney in the Star Wars thing so I’m sure AEW would work with her to find time for the movie and acting roles. They have with everyone else.

Favorite old-school territories?

I’m from NC so obviously Jim Crockett Promotions, aka The Mid Atlantic territory, plus Georgia and Florida.

Who ya got, Rock or Roman?

I’ve got to go with Roman for the long-term planning and booking. Rock doesn’t have the time to be a full-time player and his roles with WWE would be very limited.

Do you know if Will Ospreay is done with AEW for now?

I believe that he’s through with AEW for now so far as current contractual obligations go, but considering the great response his match with Orange Cassidy got at Forbidden Door, I’m pretty sure we’ll be seeing him again in an AEW ring.

Chances of Vince buying AEW eventually?

Considering his age, I seriously doubt Vince would be interested in taking over AEW at this point in his life. However, if something was to happen to Tony Khan and Khan’s father offered it at a good price, Vince, the businessman that he is, would swoop in to make an offer. But unless it’s a scenario like that, I don’t see Vince going after AEW anytime soon.

Where would you go next (storyline-wise) after SummerSlam for the undisputed Universal title?

I’d try and find a way to split the titles back up to the Universal and WWE Championship again instead of a Unified title. Maybe have Brock win the match at SummerSlam, but then find out afterward that Heyman slipped a stipulation into the contract that the match was for one title and not both of them, so Brock wins a belt, but Roman still stays a champion. And then, it’s two champions defending two titles as it should be.

Ain’t it weird that Becky hasn’t spoken up in support of Sasha & Naomi?

Becky works for the WWE and is currently one of their top stars, getting a strong push, so why would she speak out on something like that and cross the boss. I’m sure she’s spoken to both women privately and spoken her mind, but there is no need to endanger her job or piss off WWE management by making public comments. It would be career suicide.

Is there anything worse than 99-00 WCW? Currently re-watching it now and every show is almost 90% garbage even with a talented roster.

Anything worse? Watch 2010-2015 TNA or most episodes of AEW Dynamite after the first match. Anything worse, you ask? Well, there you go.

Do you think Windham would be smart get for AEW in terms of ratings and mind?

I think Windham Rotundo could be a good addition to the AEW roster for a quick rating jump, but how it would work out for AEW in the big picture is still up in the air. AEW is good at signing the big names, but not so much at consistently booking them well and strong. CMPunk does well, as does Bryan Danielson because they pretty much book their own stuff. But look at Miro, Adam Cole, or the majority of the roster. I’m afraid that Windham Rotundo would get the big debut and then get lost in the shuffle with AEW. I would hope I’m wrong, but I doubt it.

Do you see Sasha or Naomi returning to WWE in the near future? One? Both? If one, which one?

I don’t think Sasha will be back with WWE. I do think that Naomi, given that her husband and family are all working with WWE as top talents, will end up eating some crow and coming back.

A lot of hints Bray is coming back soon. Your best guess; which promotion, when, and what’s the storyline?

My gut says WWE, after SummerSlam, and he’ll be back with the old Bray Wyatt gimmick, but will use The Fiend as an alter-ego, much like Finn Balor does with The Demon. And the story? To judge the Judgement Day. What else?

Why isn’t Miss Elizabeth, Cyndi Lauper, and Rick Martel in the HOF?

With Liz, I think the way she died, of an overdose, is what’s preventing her from being inducted. My guess with Cyndi Lauper is just a matter of coordinating things with her people. It’ll happen when she’s ready. And Martel, I have no idea why he’s not in there yet. I honestly thought he was and had to look it up. I’m sure it will happen though, sooner rather than later.
