In a world full of questions, it’s always fun to reply with an answer or two. I used to do a regular piece called “Questions By Casper”, but alas, Casper has gone MIA. But others have stepped up to fill the void. Just random questions from my Twitter friends. Are you ready? Let’s go.
What’s your favorite meal to cook at home?
Either a breakfast meal of Sausage, Eggs & Toast, which is always awesome, or a good meal of Chicken Nuggets & Tater Tots. Quick and easy, just how I like it.
How much money is enough to retire comfortably?
$468,000,000. It might seem a bit excessive, but I have a few bad habits that I like to occasionally indulge in, plus I have three fur-babies to support. I want to be comfortable after all.
You only get one album to listen to for the rest of your life. What is it?
The Life & Crimes of Alice Cooper. It’s a box set and not just one album, but it counts, right? I think it does.
If the Sun identified as the Moon, would it still be hot?
Just because the sun believes it’s the moon doesn’t make it true. It’s still the sun so it would be hot.
What is your favorite number and why?
It’s sixty-nine and if I have to explain why, you haven’t been reading my stuff for very long. Just ask your boyfriend. He knows.
Is there anyone in your life you wish you had met sooner?
I’m drawing a blank here. The people who matter the most to me all came along at precisely the right time and I can’t see how meeting any of those people would have been better if I had known them earlier. I know a few that I would have preferred to meet later in life when I became a better person and was not quite as stupid as I used to be so things may have worked out differently in the end, but sooner? Not that I can think of.
What makes you feel most loved?
My cat coming up and climbing into my arms and on my shoulder without having to call him. He just wants to be there and that’s pretty cool. Other than that, I don’t feel all that loved very often so I can’t give a definite answer.
Do you prefer taking photos or making videos?
Taking pictures. I’ve heard and seen myself on video and it’s not always a pleasant sight.
What issues in today’s society make you most angry?
How everyone seems to feel so entitled and wants to play the victim. It’s annoying as hell. No one owes anyone a damn thing and life sucks sometimes. Get the hell over it and quit being a whine-ass.
Name a cheesy song that you love.
I hate to admit it, but The Barney Song is a guilty pleasure sometimes.
Would you prefer to be incredibly intelligent or incredibly happy?
Well, I’m not a total dumb-ass and have some intelligence to me so let’s go for a happy deal. I can’t remember the last time I was truly happy so it’d be nice to see what that feels like for a change.
What would/were your parents super surprised to learn about you?
I think the whole gay thing was a shocker, but if they were truly surprised, I don’t know. Dad and I never talked about it and I think Ma is still in denial. Maybe just how stubborn I can be sometimes. I come by it naturally though considering Mom & Dad so that’s probably not a surprise. I can’t think of anything. I’m pretty much open about everything so there aren’t many surprises.
Finish this sentence:
Next year, I want to _.
Get serious and have a weekly podcast, expand my Ultimate Wrestling Q&A to several other websites besides my own, and finally find the right guy and be happy.
What can make a person truly evil?
Power. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
What do you secretly judge people for most often? Do you feel guilty about it?
I judge people for how they act in public and how they treat others. And nope, not a drop of guilt at all.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, it’s time to call it a night. Take care and be well, my friends. I’ll see you in the funny papers.
