I just opened up my e-mails and now I have over sixty questions available for the best damn wrestling Q&A, period. There will be plenty of editions of the Q&A to come so keep an eye out because you’ve been warned. And now, let’s roll.

WWE is ending Home Video Sales after 2023. Thoughts?

This makes sense because the Home Video market is essentially dead right now. The costs are more than the expected profit so the smart business plans should focus on the revenue streams that make money. With everything available on Peacock and the WWE Network, this really is a good move.

Bryan Danielson seemingly injured himself again this past week on AEW Dynamite. Thoughts?

Bryan Danielson is a great wrestler, but at times, he’s his own worst enemy. Rather than allowing injuries to properly heal, he’s instead working matches and getting himself injured again. Danielson needs someone to step in and tell him no. Doesn’t he have a wife and a boss? One of those two needs to step up and make him take a break, for his own well-being.

Pedro Morales versus Wahoo McDaniel. Who wins?

Both of these men, in their primes, against each other would be one hell of a classic old-school match. They’re similar in size and body styles, but their in-ring styles are so different. Pedro was the wrestler who brawls, while Wahoo was the brawler who wrestled. This would be so fun to see. I think Pedro would and should win, but it truly could go either way.

Brock Lesnar’s daughter, Mya, is making news for setting a new record for the shot put and her strong resemblance to her father. Should WWE sign Mya when she graduates and have her go to the Performance Center?

From what I understand, Mya seems to have her eyes on the Olympics and that gold medal in shot-putting. But once she’s accomplished her goals, if she’s interested, I could easily see her being brought to a WWE event or two for a tryout. If she has even half the natural talent of her father and is interested, she could be a valuable talent for the WWE roster.

There is speculation that WWE may start cutting back on the number of house shows. Thoughts?

So long as the shows are making money and drawing fans, I don’t think this would be a smart move. I heard Jim Cornette speak on this and he compared WWE house shows to music concerts. The wrestlers need to work in front of live crowds to get better in the ring and grow as performers. I can see why, for the sake of the wrestlers being worn out by the traveling, maybe cutting out some of the shows and maybe reworking the schedules so that the wrestlers won’t be on as many of the shows and get a few more days off, but so far as cutting out the house shows altogether, I just don’t see that happening.

Sean Ross Sapp says Bryan Danielson has begun handing out fines to AEW Talent for social media misconduct: “I think they [will stop complaining] because Bryan Danielson will now be fining them based on social media conduct… I know about at least one or two people who have been fined by him”.

I’ve heard this, but it doesn’t sound right to me. I can understand giving Danielson some backstage authority if he’s truly Tony Khan’s right-hand man, but Danielson is an active wrestler, and one of the boys so having him as the judge of what is and isn’t allowed on Social Media would not be a smart move. I can see him making suggestions and commenting to Tony, but what is or isn’t appropriate, should be Tony’s call and Tony’s alone.

Kevin Von Erich and his sons are scheduled to be at the AEW Dynamite taping in Dallas, Texas this week. Good move by AEW? Thoughts?

With all of the publicity that the Iron Claw movie is currently getting, this is a great and very smart move by Tony Khan and AEW. I’m planning on watching AEW this week to see The Von Erichs do their thing and considering my usual disdain for the current AEW product, that’s saying something.

In a now-deleted tweet, AEW star Mike Santana took to Twitter with a post that said, “6 Weeks”, indicating how much time it’s been since he defeated former partner Ortiz and has appeared on AEW programming. Thoughts?

I don’t get it either. Santana and Ortiz were a popular and strong tag team for over a decade and when they break up, it gets a slight build on social media, and then one match on the B-show. And then both men are forgotten about and never mentioned again. It doesn’t make sense and is just, in my opinion, leaving money on the table and bad storytelling and booking. What the hell is Tony Khan thinking? He’s not.

Give your honest thoughts on Tiffany Stratton.

A talented young lady who seems to be on her way to a big career and a strong run in NXT and the WWE. She’s got a good, albeit kind of generic look, but she’s a good promo based on what I’ve seen. She’s also a good wrestler who is improving and growing as a performer. I think she’s got a very big future ahead of her.

What was a gimmick that was considered terrible, but you loved?

The B-Team, featuring Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. It was good to see those two get a strong push and some time on TV as the Miz’s “Miztourage” and then the tag team champions. I also liked Snitsky and the whole “It’s not my fault” character. Hell, I even liked Jillian Hall’s bad singing and brainless character. Jillian was so underrated and she played that role so well. An amazing woman.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. Be sure to like, share, and subscribe. And with that, let’s wrap things up. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you again in just a little bit.
