It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. I’m your Party Host and Guiding Light, Doug. And this is not your father’s wrestling Q&A. Let’s roll.

Shad Khan, Tony’s father, came to the ring after The EVPs and Jack Perry attacked Tony on AEW Dynamite. Does that mean that the true Final Boss of AEW will be getting involved in the story and angle?

I hope not. Seeing Shad there at all was surprising, but I’m hoping that it was just a one-time thing and he has enough sense to get as far away from this trainwreck as possible.

So the Bucks are fired, right? I mean if Tony Khan will fire someone for making him fear for his life then surely an all-out assault on him is grounds for firing. Before you bring up one being kayfabe and the other not, it’s still something Khan established on TV.

There is indeed an established precedent for the termination of the Bucks and Jack Perry now. Let’s see if anyone remembers or cares.

Will Tony Khan become the AEW version of Mr. McMahon?

More likely the AEW version of Dixie Carter with a little Vince Russo thrown in for good measure, but with one big difference. Tony isn’t as good at selling a move, running a company, or being creative as either of those two.

Who is your favorite female in AEW?

It’s a tough call, but I’ll go with Luna Guevera. Yes, I’m picking Sammy and Tay’s baby daughter. She’s part of AEW, right? She’s cute, sweet, and adorable and not nearly as irritating to me as the majority of the current AEW roster, both male or female. Besides, I like babies. It’s just when they grow up that they begin to get on my nerves. And if baby Luna isn’t available, let’s go with Thunder Rosa. I’ve seen her a few times on Sammy Guevera’s VLOG and she seems like she’d be cool to hang out with.

Lars Sullivan made the news again by allegedly harassing a woman with her replying by posting his phone number online and giving details of their exchange. Thoughts on Lars Sullivan?

When the man first debuted on WWE television, I thought he had a good look and a lot of potential to be a big name for WWE as the resident monster/bully. But as we soon learned, the man has issues. Anxiety attacks, which I can relate to, and a lot of maturity issues as well. Forget about wrestling. The guy needs a good shrink. Physically, he had all the tools, but to be a professional athlete, it takes more than that. And unfortunately, he seems to be lacking.

The Elite (The Young Bucks, Okada, Jack Perry) versus Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton, Batista, Ric Flair). Who wins?

It’s all about the game and this one wouldn’t even be close. Triple H and his friends, Evolution, would dominate and win.

Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) versus Kenny Omega. Who wins?

If both men are healthy, this could be an incredible match. I think that Omega would most likely take the win, but Nemeth would look great and take Kenny to the limit.

Who Wins: Kazuchika Okada Vs Kofi Kingston?

I haven’t seen very much of Okada in action and the booking and matches thus far in AEW have been less than impressive. I see Kofi more as a tag team wrestler than a singles guy so that would have to be factored in as well. It’s a tough call. Let’s go with Okada to win.

WWE is allegedly interested in HOOK, Ricky Starks & Britt Baker. I don’t see all 3 jumping ship, but interesting nonetheless. Thoughts?

I do not doubt that when Ricky Starks contract with AEW ends, he’ll be joining his mentor and best friend, Cody Rhodes, in WWE. Given that Baker runs a business outside of wrestling, I can’t see her as willing to commit to the WWE schedule, especially when her husband, Adam Cole, is part of AEW as well. She’ll probably stay put. And Hook? Who knows for sure, but I’m thinking that if he truly wants to grow as a performer and get better, he’ll end up jumping ship and heading to WWE as well.

Who Was Better at Their BEST? Big Show or Yokozuna?

It’s a tough call, but I’ll go with Yoko for this one. He didn’t have as long a run at the top, but he moved well for a man so huge and was, to me anyhow, the more entertaining of the two.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions are welcome and appreciated. And with that, let’s wrap things up. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for that treacherous Jungle Boy and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
