Coming up on Saturday night, live on PPV and Peacock from Los Angeles, CA, it’s WWE Money in the Bank 2025. And, of course, you know what that means. Let’s make a few predictions.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio vs. AAA’s Octagon Jr.

Isn’t it amazing what a simple brawl at one show can do? An Intercontinental Championship match added to the evening’s PLE. This should be a really fun match and a treat for Lucha fans who for some reason, missed the Worlds Collide event on YouTube. Octagon Jr. is a great challenger for Dirty Dom and will push him to the limit. But Dom has Liv, Raquel, and Judgment Day in his corner. Dom wins.

Winner: Dominik Mysterio.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Solo Sikoa vs. LA Knight vs. Penta vs. Seth Rollins vs. Andrade vs. El Grande Americano.

This is a good selection of talents in this match, and I could see a story with that briefcase and contract for almost all of them. Note that I said, almost. I don’t see Andrade or LA Knight winning this. Considering that he’s doing double duty on Saturday and will also be wrestling at Worlds Collide, I don’t see Penta winning this either. I would love to see Chad Gabl…, I mean El Grande Americano with the briefcase, but I’m probably the only one who wants to see that. So, it’s either Seth or Solo. It’s a tough call, especially with all the heavies that both men have at their disposal. Seth has been there/done that feel about him, so let’s head in the other direction.

Winner and NEW Mr. Money in the Bank: Solo Sikoa.

Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Alexa Bliss vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Giulia vs. Naomi vs. Stephanie Vaquer.

Let’s make a few eliminations. I just don’t see Rhea, Giulia, or Vaquer winning it. Perez has Judgment Day at her disposal, but given the tension between her and Liv, that might hurt as much as it helps. Naomi and Alexa are left. I’m really liking this psychotic version of Naomi, and from what I’ve seen online, she’s the odds-on-favorite. But Alexa is still an enigma, with some powerful friends. Is she aligned with the Wyatt Sicks or not? That could make all the difference, and I think it will.

Winner and NEW Ms. Money in the Bank: Alexa Bliss.

Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso vs. John Cena and Logan Paul.

Why do I have no interest at all in this match? I expect to see Gunther get involved since he has a match on Monday against Jey. And we might see that rap idiot show up. Who knows? I expect a decent match, but an overbooked and dumb-ass finish, with lots of shenanigans and outside influence. Cody and Jey will get the win.

Winners: Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso.

Last Chance Match – WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Becky Lynch.

Let me get the stipulations right. If Becky wins, she gets the title, plus Valkyria has to raise her arm and proclaim her as the best. If Valkyria wins, then Becky doesn’t get any more chances at the Women’s Intercontinental Championship so long as Lyra is the champion. These two have amazing chemistry, and this will be a damn good match. It’s a tough call, but I can never bet against The Man.

Winner and NEW Women’s Intercontinental Champion: Becky Lynch.

And surprisingly, that’s it. Only four matches are booked for this show as I’m typing this, late Thursday night. I’m hoping that WWE will add at least one match to the show on Friday Night SmackDown but with WWE these days, who knows what they’re going to do? I have a suggestion. How about R-Truth versus Carlito and the winner gets a contract extension and stays in WWE for another two years? That’s just a suggestion, but I am hoping that WWE adds at least one more match. 4 matches just feel so empty and wrong.

Anyhow, those are my predictions. If any more matches are added, I’ll be back and update this. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, questions, and any predictions you may have are welcome and appreciated. And with that, as Porky Pig would say, “That’s all folks!”. I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
