It’s time to get busy and do that Q&A thing about the world’s greatest sport, pro wrestling. The questions come from Facebook. The answers are from me. Let’s do this…
Do you feel with the re-launch of the XFL and Vince’s commitment to the project that he will give HHH more control of the WWE product?
I think that Vince has already began to give HHH more power by handing over the reigns to 205 Live to HHH. So long as he’s alive and breathing, I don’t think Vince will ever give up total control of his product and the WWE, but I think that even Vince realizes that there are only 24 hours in a day and with the new responsibilities with the XFL, something has to give. Giving HHH more power and responsibility is a great way to ensure the WWE product is in good hands while be able to focus on the other projects.
Who is GREATER between JOHN CENA and EDGE?
It’s like comparing apples to oranges because they’re different men with different styles and different roles in the company. I personally prefer Cena, but both men truly deserve the title “WWE Superstar”.
If you had the chance to be a manager of your own “dream stable” of wrestlers past and present, who would be in your group?
Instead of the Dangerous Alliance, we’d have the “Dougie Alliance”. My group would consist of Sean O’Haire, The Masked Superstar, Mark Henry, Arn Anderson & Larry Zbyszko and Ivory.
What gimmick match from the past would you like to see brought back?
How about the good old fashioned chain matches or strap matches? They were always favorites of mine.
Would you rather see Ronda Rousey wrestle Charlotte or Asuka?
If it comes down between Auska or Charlotte to face Rousey, I’d rather see Charlotte to start with. But it looks as if Rousey’s potential opponents for Wrestlemania might be a tag match against HHH and Stephanie. That works better for me than a singles match for Ronda against anyone, at least this early in her wrestling career.
Should the WWE Women’s Division have their own show?
I would say yes, kind of like 205 Live, but combining both the RAW and Smackdown Women. It would give the ladies another platform to strut their stuff on, plus possibly allow for tag team titles for the ladies as well. And I’d have Madusa as the General Manager. It would definitely work and be a good move for the WWE and the ladies.
And there you go. Thoughts and comments welcome. Send me questions too. Thank you for reading and I’ll catch you on the flip side. Take care.
