Wrestling Q&A

I’m in a mood to talk a little bit about the world’s greatest sport. It’s Wrestling Q&A time. Let’s do this…

They got to be keeping us in the dark when it comes to Strowmans partner for a reason. What are we thinking big debut? Big return?

Your guess is as good as mine. I personally would love to see it be someone like Curt Hawkins as a great way to end his “streak”, I’d much rather see Hawkins as the winner of the Andre the Giant Battle Royal, but coming in and being Braun’s partner, that works for me too. I doubt that it will be Hawkins though. I’m expecting to see a surprise return, someone like Big Cass or The Big Show.

Who had the best “guitar” gimmick?

I love Elias and Jeff Jarrett was great, but the best has to go to the original master of the “Shake, Rattle & Roll”, the longest reigning Intercontintental Champion of all time, The Honky Tonk Man.

Should Hulk Hogan be the next Smackdown Live GM?

I’m not crazy about the idea, but I’d rather see Hogan than Kevin Nash, a person that was mentioned as a rumor last week. It’d be a good role for the Hulkster and would make sense so why not?

Were Daniel Bryan’s wins at Wrestlemania 30 overshadowed by Undertakers streak ending?

The Streak ending overshadowed everything at Wrestlemania 30. But Bryan and his title win in the main event got the fans back into the show and sent the fans home happy so it still worked out well for him anyways.

How do you feel about The Velveteen Dream?

Great talent and character. He still has a ways to come before he’s ready for prime time and the main roster, but so far, so good. I like what I’ve seen thus far.

Do you see a swerve coming during the Owens/Sami vs Shane/Bryan match?

Bryan turns on Shane and becomes part of a team with Sami & Owens? Sounds good to me.

Do you think Mr. Kennedy / Ken Anderson will ever be back as part of the WWE?

Nope and it’s no big loss for WWE. Anderson was second rate at best and now that he’s older, he’d be even less valuable to the WWE product. He’ll eventually fade off into oblivion and sit between Just Joe and Virgil at the autograph signings.

And there you go. I’m done here for now. Questions, comments and all feedback is welcome and appreciated. Have a great one and stay safe. Until the next time, take it light.
