It’s Sunday night and NXT Takeover: In Your House is playing over on the Network. I’ll go check that out in a little bit, but before I go do that, let’s answer a few questions. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

Why do we pretend Roman Reigns is worth watching? I guess he might be decent considering the competition but anyone over the age of 28 must know this guy is the luckiest mid-carder ever?

Roman might not be everyone’s cup of tea and yes, I’ll admit he’s been lucky to a point, but he’s also consistent with good matches and is a stand-out character for WWE. You might not like him, but he’s far more entertaining than most of the competition so who cares what you think? I don’t.

Rumors are that NXT wants Samoa Joe back in a wrestling role. Thoughts?

If Joe is able to be medically cleared, this would be good for both NXT and Joe. He’s a top guy, a strong talent, and has credibility that few others can match. And a feud with Karrion Kross would be fun to see so I’d be glad to see him back.

The Authors of Pain. Rumors say they’re retired, but they say they’re not. Would you like to see them back in WWE with Seth Rollins?

I’d like to see them back in WWE for another run if they can avoid the injuries and get a proper push. They’re a good team and their alliance with Seth Rollins was entertaining and made for good TV. If they’re still wrestling, good for them.

With Moxley not around they should pull the trigger on Hangman as the champ or have Moose invade AEW?

Having Hangman Adam Page go after Omega would be good and I’d like to see it. As for Moose, given the results of his match against Omega a few nights ago, I think your wish may come true and we’ll be seeing much more of him in AEW over the next few weeks as he seeks retribution against Omega and The Young Bucks. It’ll be interesting to see how this all turns out.

Since Adam Scherr is a lame-ass name, what should Braun Strowman’s new stage name be?

I can’t really think of anything off the top of my head and would probably just suggest going with Adam Scherr since that is his real name and he wouldn’t have to worry about anyone else having it copyrighted or using it.

What is a better look..when a wrestler wears the title belt around his waist or over the shoulder?

I think it depends on the wrestler, but I think the general rule is that babyfaces wear the titles around their waists while the heels do the over-the-shoulder thing. Either is fine, but it just depends on the character holding the title.

Was professional wrestling better before social media and the internet?

Absolutely. We didn’t know the backstage stuff and it was a surprise each and every time we watched. That was definitely the best of times.
