In a world full of questions, sometimes it’s necessary to provide a few answers and that’s exactly what I’m trying to do, ten of them at a time. The questions are from Casper (@ghostly_host) and the answers, that’s all me. Let’s do this.
What is something you have a hard time explaining?
Why people are stupid idiots. It’s just one of those things that can only be pointed out, but never quite explained. Why are people stupid idiots? Because they are.
Why do people think the grass is greener on the other side?
Because all you see is the positive parts of things and not the parts hidden beneath the surface or just out of sight. Everything looks better when all you see are the final results and not the effort it took to get to that point.
How big is too big? I mean as far as sandwiches go?
My answer to this, be it a sandwich or anything else, is that anything more than a mouthful is a waste. But if it’s a sandwich, you can go back for more so in that case, bigger is better.
When is the right time to tell someone bad news?
There’s never really a right time. It’s better to just go ahead and do it at the earliest possible convenience.
Do you ever have a second breakfast?
Absolutely. Sometimes that first breakfast just isn’t quite enough and you’re still feeling the hunger. What else is a man supposed to do, but eat again. Round 2 – munch!
Do you have any skeletons in the closet?
I don’t think any of the bodies have decomposed enough to leave skeleton remains. I’m kidding. I keep my skeletons in the storage building. Not nearly as messy or cluttery that way.
What is your favorite body wash scent?
My favorite changes with my mood, but anything manly and macho is good. I also like peppermint.
What is your favorite homemade dessert?
Banana pudding kicks ass. That’s one dessert that can never go wrong.
What is your favorite homemade pie?
Everyone likes pie. I like pecan pie. Want to hear more about pie? Here’s the Rock talking about pie. Forward ahead to the 4:14 mark. Or hell, just watch it all. Enjoy!
Do you have a short fuse?
There was a time when the answer would definitely have been yes. For many years, I had that temper where anything would set me off and unleash the demons and fire. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve mellowed and while I still can get grouchy rather quickly, it takes far more to set me off than it used to. Of course now, when that temper finally does explode. it’s had more time to build up and now, instead of just a mild firecracker, it’s a tantrum of epic proportions. It’s not a pretty sight.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions you may have feel free and give me a shout. Until the next time, stay safe, and may the force be with you. I’ll see you on the other side.
