Are you ready for some wrestling? It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.

Did you prefer the title of Road Warriors, or Legion of Doom, or both?

When I hear the name Legion of Doom, I keep expecting to see Lex Luthor, Sinestro, Captain Cold, and ten other super-villains pop up and challenge the Super Friends as they try to take over the world. Animal and Hawk, along with manager Paul Ellering, are and will always be the Road Warriors to me.

Who do you think will be the inductees for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2022?

We’re almost into Mania season and along with Wrestlemania comes the WWE Hall of Fame inductions. Right off the top of my head, I think the Inductees for the Class of 2022 will be The Midnight Express w/ Jim Cornette, Lisa Marie Varon (Victoria), The Undertaker, Lex Luger, The Steiner Brothers, Rev. Slick, Adrian Street, Haku, and The One Man Gang. As for the Legacy Wing, how about Porkchop Cash, Penny Banner, Buddy Rose, Eddie Gilbert, Jim Crockett, and Lou Thesz.

What are the first three names that come to mind when you think “NWA World Television Champion”?

The first names I think of are Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, and Lord Steven Regal. I’m not sure if Regal was the NWA TV Champ or the WCW TV Champ, but he did a great job when he was the TV Champion so I’m putting him here anyhow.

The Anoa’i Family is the greatest wrestling family of all time, and no other family comes close. Agree or disagree?

The Anoa’i family is definitely a strong one and well represented in the world of professional wrestling, but the greatest family of all time? What about the Windham Family (Blackjack Mulligan, sons Barry & Kendall Windham, son-in-law Mike Rotundo, and former WWE stars Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas)? What about the Harts? The Von Erich family? Grizzly Smith and children Jake Roberts, Sam Houston, Rockin’ Robin, and daughter-in-law Baby Doll. And of course, there are the Funks, The Briscos, The Gilberts, The Orton Family, The Hennigs, The Rhodes Family, The DiBiase Family and let’s not forget the McMahon Family. There are so many wrestling families out there dating back several generations that it’s arguable to say any one family is the best. Let’s just say that the Anoa’i Family is among the best and leave it at that.

And there you go. Yes, it’s a little shorter than usual, but I’m starting to feel bad so I’ll end this here and do more tomorrow. My thanks for reading. Any comments, thoughts, or questions you’d like to see me tackle, feel free and drop me a line here at the site. Until the next time, take care of yourself and stay safe. I’ll see you at the matches.
