Happy Birthday to my sister, Terri Gantt. And now, putting the Friendly back in Ghost, it’s Questions by Casper (@Da_Ghostly_Host). Let’s do this.
Do you believe in God? Why or why not?
I absolutely do because he is the ultimate creator, the reason we are here, the presence that fills us and makes us whole, and the reason for being. I may not be the perfect Christian by any means, but I do believe. Always have and always will.
What is your name worth to you?
It means quite a bit because when push comes to shove and the smoke has cleared, our name is all we really have.
Do you believe stupid is as stupid does?
Stupid people do stupid things not because it’s an accident, but because they’re stupid. So yeah, stupid is as stupid does? That’ll work.
Do you still find pride as being an American?
I have grown up and been raised in the greatest country in the world. It’s not perfect to be sure, but we have so many things that we take for granted that the rest of the world can only dream of. I’m not always proud of some of our so-called leaders or some of the things my country has done, but I am and will always be proud to be a citizen of the United States of America.
What do you say when you have nothing nice to say at all?
I say what has to be said, be polite and professional if needed, and then end the conversation before something not so nice slips out.
Ever have gas so bad that you even have to leave the room?
I don’t think so. I don’t recall any major gassy issues. After all, I’m not Joe Biden.
What is the best insult you’ve ever heard?
I’m going blank here. My apologies. I’m sure I’ve heard many great ones over the years. Look who my friends are, right K-Mak? But I can’t think of any right now. I guess I’m having a senior moment. Well, that or getting ready for a job at the I-Hop. Oh well, maybe next time.
What is your favorite pastime?
Writing, reading, chillaxing with good people, and the occasional adult beverage.
Are you afraid of ghosts?
Nope. I’m far more fascinated than ever afraid. After all, ghosts can’t hurt you. It’s the living, breathing, stupid, and crazy bastards you need to worry about.
Have you found your soul mate?
In terms of being the best of friends and family by choice/fate, my heterosexual lifemate, then absolutely. In terms of a romantic partner to share my life and bed, I have as well, but he just doesn’t know it yet. He’s too busy trying to be a rock star, but it’ll happen.
And there you go. My thanks to Casper for the questions and to you for reading. Any comments, thoughts, or questions are welcome and appreciated. Until the next time, take care and be safe. I’ll see you at the Haunted House. We can look for ghosts together.
