Coming up on Saturday afternoon, from Dallas, Texas, is the NXT version of Wrestlemania, aka NXT Stand & Deliver. I think I preferred the Takeover Concept, but Stand & Deliver? It’s better than nothing, I guess. It’s the pre-show for Mania and of course, that means it’s prediction time. Let’s do this.

WWE NXT Champion Dolph Ziggler vs. Bron Breakker.

This one will probably steal the show and be one hell of a good match. Bron is the up-and-coming talent, a former champion trying to regain his spot in the sun, and then we have Drew, who can’t have a bad match with anyone. I don’t expect to see Bron lose, especially on the afternoon after Bron’s dad and uncle are inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. It’s a Steiner weekend for the WWE and the newest member of the Steiner family will be celebrating with a second reign as the NXT Champion.

Winner and NEW NXT Champion: Bron Breakker

Ladder Match: NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes vs. Santos Escobar vs. Grayson Waller vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Cameron Grimes.

I guess since we’re not, as of yet, getting a multi-man ladder match at Mania for the IC title, we’re getting a substitute here instead. It’s five of NXT’s best and brightest stars and this match may be the dark-horse match of the night and steal the show. I’m sensing a title switch here for some reason, so the only question now that remains is who will be the new champion. Hell, let’s go with Grayson Waller. The man can work and he is going to be a big star one day. Believe that!

Winner and NEW NXT North American Champion: Grayson Waller

Fatal Four Way: WWE NXT Women’s Champions Mandy Rose vs. Cora Jade vs. Kay Lee Ray vs. Io Shirai.

This match should be good and I’m definitely looking far more forward to this match than the multi-tag team women’s match on the main Mania event. It really is anyone’s game here and every woman involved has a good shot at being the next NXT Women’s Champion. I think I’ll go with Mandy Rose to retain and remain champion.

WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Imperium vs. The Creed Brothers vs. MSK.

It’s not even close here in my opinion. The Creed Brothers are good and MSK is always impressive, but the titles will remain right where they’re at as Imperium retains their championship gold.

Winners and STILL NXT Tag Team Champions: Imperium

Tommaso Ciampa vs. Tony D’Angelo.

From what I understand, this is Tommaso Ciampa’s last match with the WWE and NXT, as he’s been working on a contract extension. If this is the case, the end results are pretty easy to guess. Ciampa will give 1000%, have one hell of a match, and then do the right thing.

Winner: Tony D’Angelo

LA Knight vs. Gunther.

LA Knight is so damn good, but this match, it’s not really in question. He may be using a stupid name now, and I still don’t get what WWE and Vince are thinking, but WALTER is WALTER and he will win… period!

Winner: The man they call Gunther, WALTER!

Kickoff Show: WWE NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Toxic Attraction vs. Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez.

And this is the match that will open the show. Toxic Attraction, aka Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne, will take on Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez. This has the potential to be the best match of the night. Gonzalez is, in my opinion, one of the best wrestlers going today. She should be wearing gold, and I think that this match is exactly when it should and will happen. We’re looking at new tag team champions.

And there you go. This should be a fun show and a great warm-up for the Wrestlemania audience. I don’t really think that it will draw much of an audience, not having a starting time of 12:00 noon, but I think the show will still kick ass and in the replays, will do excellent.
