Good morning. I have questions. I’m going to answer them. These come from my feed on Twitter (at @Doug28352). Come follow me and see what’s truly on my mind. And now, let’s get busy and do this.

What are your Top 2 film genres?

It all depends upon my mood at any given moment, but the topics that can do no wrong in terms of a great movie for me are either comedy or musicals. Yes, I admit it. The Alphabet Club may not approve of me and have kicked me out of the “family”, but I still have that gay gene in there somewhere and my love of cheesy musicals is just proof of that.

What do you blame white women for?

White babies. You can’t have a white baby without a white birthing parent, right? Of course, I am.

What’s your fav Tom Hanks movie?

I’m not a big Tom Hanks fan although I did like him in the show Bosom Buddies way back a hundred years ago. A movie? I’ve never seen his biggest ones like Forrest Gump or the one where he’s stranded on the island so I can’t say those. Let’s go with Philadelphia. It’s a good movie that made an impact about the AIDS crisis when no one else was talking about it.

Who is your favorite actor that starts with the letter D?

I’m assuming that the “D” is the first letter of the last name, right? So it’d be either James Dean, Johnny Depp, or Donald Duck. Hey, Donald is a double-D. Go get some shake & bake and dibs on the breasts. Eww! But I still quack me up.

Who is your favorite superhero?

To write about, the ever so mysterious Dr. Anthony Druid. Also, Hank McCoy (the Beast), Magneto, and the woman they call Mantis.

Do you Stand With Ukraine?

It’s a scam being used to provide kickbacks of government money to members of our Government and their families. The Russian Invasion is real, but the actions taken by our Government are definitely not on the up and up. No way, no how, not at all.

What is your favorite James Caan movie?

Misery. He and Cathy Bates were both so damn good in that movie. It remains one of my all-time favorites.

What is the one word you use too much?

I definitely say “definitely” way too much and definitely need to find some other words to use when I feel the urge to say definitely.

What could you always use more of? (Can’t be money)

Love, because to be honest, I know I have friends and family who care about me and are there for me, but far more often than not, I feel so damn all alone and forgotten. I know it’s my imagination and my insecurities raising their ugly little heads and I shouldn’t feel that way, but I do. Maybe I just need a good woman? Oh, wait, gay. I forget sometimes. But it would be nice to have someone that I could count on to always be here for me. Maybe I just need a pool boy? Hmmmm.

What is one bad habit we are all better off without?

Procrastination. I learned long ago that if I just go ahead and do what needs to be done, without waiting or hesitation, it tends to be easier and work out better 99.99995% of the time. But I still hem, haw, overthink, and put off stuff way too often. I know better, but hell, I gotta be me.
