Well, now I can’t sleep. What is a man supposed to do at 3:30 in the morning if they can’t sleep? How about answering a few questions about the King of Sports? It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s do this.
Describe Theory using only one word.
One word for Theory? How about “talented”?
Describe CM Punk using only one word.
One word for Punk? How about a “pipe-bomb”? I used a hyphen so it’s only one word, right?
Danhausen versus R-Truth. Who wins?
This would be a great comedy match that would have fans screaming “This is awesome!” before the two men ever touched. Danhausen would be throwing curses and Truth would be doing splits to dodge the curses. And Truth would win… and that’s what’s up!
Should AEW hire Jeff Jarrett to help with the booking/stories?
Jarrett has plenty of experience doing just that and Tony Khan needs all the help he can get. Between Dynamite, Rampage, the YouTube shows, ROH, and the PPVs, Khan has over-extended himself big time and Jarrett would be a great choice to come in and help take some of the pressure off. It sure as hell couldn’t hurt.
Matt Hardy said recently that he’d like to form a tag team with Danhausen. Thoughts?
Matt would have to be “Broken” again to make it work, but Matt & Danhausen as a regular tag team? That would be fun to see.
Sammy Guevera & Tay Conti are the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. If you could put them in a Gauntlet Match against any five mixed-tag teams from any era, who would they be wrestling?
This one is tough because there really haven’t been any long-term mixed tag teams out there where both team members were wrestlers. We’ve had plenty where the wrestler and his valet would team up, but where both wrestled regularly, that was an oddity. But that being said, let’s try and find five mixed-tag teams that would be fun to see against Sammy & Tay.
Let’s start off with Shawn Michaels & Sherri Martel. Next would be Tommy Dreamer & Beulah McGillicutty. Tully Blanchard & Baby Doll would be next, followed by TheMiz & Asuka, the winners of the WWE Mixed MatchChallenge a few years ago. And finally, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon. And there you go?
Do you see Dexter Lumis becoming something big in WWE?
Lumis is a really good talent who has a very big future ahead of him. I was surprised when WWE released him a few months ago and thought that was a very big mistake. He will be a strong name for the WWE and be a solid performer on the WWE roster for many years to come. Of that, I have no doubt.
Who would win in a real shoot fight? Kurt Angle in his prime vs Ken Shamrock in his prime?
While Angle can tie a man up and do a lot of damage if necessary, I wonder just how much true killer instinct he has. Shamrock would do whatever it takes to make sure he’s not getting beat. Of that, I’m sure. Would Angle do that as well? I have my doubts. I think Shamrock would end up coming out on top.
Trish Stratus recently said that Victoria belongs in the WWE Hall of Fame. Thoughts?
Most definitely. How she’s not there already while Kelly Kelly and Torrie Wilson are is a complete and total travesty that needs to be rectified. Trish is 100% right with this one.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Any comments, thoughts, or questions you’d like to see me tackle, just drop me a line and we’ll do what we can. Until the next time, take care and be good, my friends. I’ll see you at the matches.
