I don’t have much time available, but I do have a lot of questions to try and answer. It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A. Let’s get busy and do this.

Mount Rushmore of Tag Teams?

For me, it would be The Road Warriors, TheMidnight Express, The Rock & Roll Express & The Hart Foundation.

If you could make one custom Lego set based on a legendary gimmick match, what would it be? Mine is TLC 2.

War Games of course. Just imagine little Lego Horsemen or little Lego Dangerous Alliance people versus Little Lego Dusty Rhodes & Road Warriors or Little Lego members of Sting’s Squadron. Fun for children of all ages.

Could we see Dominik Mysterio vs Ray Mysterio at WrestleMania in a Ray retirement match. Close to his home town of San Diego.

Rey versus Dominick in a Retirement Match at Wrestlemania? That sounds good to me. Book it, Hunter.

How much would you pop if Molly Holly entered the same Royal Rumble as Miss Madness, Cousin Molly, and Mighty Molly?

That would be so much fun to see and I’d love to see it happen. Are you listening, Hunter? Book this one too.

If he hadn’t had to retire due to injuries, how far would 1995 WWE have pushed Waylon Mercy? Run with the title?

Dan Spivey is a great guy and had a good career. The Waylon Mercy character was pretty intense and WWE could have done much more with him than they actually did. Part of it was due to injuries, as you noted, but a lot of it was bad booking and the over-the-top character was a little too over-the-top for most people’s taste. Mercy as the WWE Champion? I just can’t see that one happening.

Do you think Becky Lynch wins the Rumble and set up her vs Ronda at Mania?

It’s a good possibility and Backy versus Ronda at Mania would be a great match, but I don’t think that’s the plan. If I’m reading things right, I think we’re more likely to see Ronda versus Bianca as the main event match than Ronda taking on anyone she’s wrestled before.

What do you think is the biggest work in the industry right now?

That Vince is totally out of the WWE. I don’t think he’s getting very involved or writing scripts as he used to, but I also don’t think he totally broke cleanly from the WWE with no involvement at all. He’s still the owner and majority stockholder for WWE and the people running the show now are his daughter and son-in-law. Vince is still keeping an eye on things, making suggestions as he sees fit, and has some say in what does and doesn’t get on our TV. To believe anything else would be crazy and dumb.

What wrestler should have had a world championship reign in a major promotion but didn’t?

Heath Slater/Miller. If the rest of 3MB can have a run with the WWE/Universal Championship, why not the One Man Band, baby? His time is coming though when the contract with Impact Wrestling ends. Then it’s back to the WWE, a 3MB reunion, and one of those world titles goes around the waist of Mr. Slater. After all, he deserves it. He’s got kids!

How long should Bray Wyatt stay away from any sort of championship? Personally always felt that it was a mistake to put the championship on him he should just be the character who shows up picks a victim teases them for a while then destroys them in the ring and then moves on.

Bray is one of those characters that doesn’t need a title to get over. He’s already over and putting a World title on him just handcuffs and restricts his characters and their actions in so many ways. It would be better, in my opinion, to just let Bray be Bray and do whatever it is he does while letting others work the title scene. Don’t handicap the character and right now anyhow, any kind of title would do just that.
