It’s the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A and there’s no time for love, Mr. Jones. Are you ready? Let’s do this.

Do you think we could see Rhea be the new Chyna where she can take on the guys and maybe face them for their titles?

If there is any female currently in pro wrestling that could take that role and absolutely smash it, I think Rhea could be the one. I think that using her in that role too often would expose her and hurt her character in the long run, but the occasional spot, as she’s been doing recently, would and is good.

Who do you think will win in this year’s Money in the Bank?

For the men, I’ll go with either Mustafa Ali or the returning Matt Cardona. I just have a feeling. As for the Women’s match, I have a feeling that Shayna Baszler might be someone worth watching.

Can AEW produce an event as big as Wrestlemania?

Can they? Yes. Will they and would it work? Not in a million years.

Do you think there will be a way that WWE and NJPW can work on making a match between Will Ospreay and Seth Rollins in the future?

While I think Hunter is far more open-minded to such “forbidden door” matches such as this one than Vince was, the only way it would ever happen is in WWE and on WWE’s terms, something I can’t see New Japan being too interested in. Unless Ospreay signs with WWE or Seth leaves WWE and goes to New Japan, it will never happen. So long as both men work for different companies, it will always be a “What if?” dream match.

What should the WWE wrestlers do with the news Vince is trying to come back? Boycott? Quit? Stay and hope it all just works out.

Vince has already said that he’s just back to formulate a sale of the company and all current executives will retain their current positions, meaning Hunter is still the boss in terms of talent relations and creative control. Right now, the best option is to do your job, hope for the best, and see where things go next.

Vince is back. Thoughts?

Things are really starting to get interesting in WWE. Is anyone surprised? Vince left too easily before and he’s not the type to go without a fight. It’s going to be exciting and interesting to see where things go from here.

Will it be Boss time in AEW?

We’ll know in a few days, but to be honest, I don’t think so. Not in the way that everyone is expecting anyhow. I think Sasha will end up in AEW eventually, but New Japan and STARDOM didn’t just hire her to let her go wrestle her first match, post-WWE, in AEW. She might show up, but she won’t be wrestling in AEW until after her New Japan in-ring debut happens.

A female wrestler that you want to see more in 2023?

Of the current WWE roster, I want more Asuka. I can’t help it. She’s awesome. And Sonya Deville getting more ring time and matches would be good too.

Hit Row has turned heel. Thoughts?

Who cares? They suck as faces and they’ll suck as heels.

Since we’re all expecting The Rock to win the Rumble, how likely do you think WWE will swerve those plans and have Roman enter at #30, win the Rumble, and announce he’s taking Mania off only for The Rock’s music to hit, and then he challenges Roman for Mania?

That’s an interesting concept and idea, and I could see it happening, but that kind of finish could have a major backlash from the roster, plus how would it make Roman look to take off on the biggest event of the year, even if just working an angle? I can’t see it. I think we’re far more likely to see a winner for the Rumble and a challenge by The Rock, giving Roman two matches, one for each night of Mania instead. That makes more sense in my eyes.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions you might have are welcome and appreciated. And with that, I guess it’s time to call it a day. Take care and be well, my friends. Watch out for foreign objects and I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
