It’s time to do Day 8 of the “12 (Dougie) Days Of Christmas and when I finish this, if I manage to post it before midnight, I’m caught up and back on track. Yay for me. And I’m going to take the cheezy way out and do the same thing I did earlier today with a session of “Emptying The Bag”, where I take about fifteen or so topics, picked from the “Magic Bag” and do some word association. I’ll also do maybe 5 topics from the holiday version of the “Magic Bag” and repeat the process with them as well. So twenty words (topics) from the Magic Bag all in one shot. Or as the Evans family in the 1970’s sit-com “Good Times” would call it, “the Big Mac”. Does anyone get that reference? Probably not, but you should. Or maybe not. I’m old and remember old TV shows. It’s how I roll…

So let’s get the “Magic Bag” out and draw twenty topics and then, let the fun begin. Let’s do this…

Emptying The Bag – Part II

Sing Out Loud and Proud…

If’ I’m in the shower, here alone at the house or at the store alone (that place has some great acoustics), I love to sing. And loudly? Absolutely. If you’re going to do it, do it right. I sound like Sinatra with the flu…

Pumpkin Spice…

The one thing that no white girl under the age of thirty can say “No” too. I don’t get it. I think it’s nasty, but then again, I’m not a white girl under thirty so what do I know?

Ties…

I hate wearing them around my neck. They can be fun in the bedroom though, used as tools of pleasure. Go ahead guys… ask me how and if you’re hot or cute, I’ll show you.

Sidewalks…

If people don’t like the way I drive, then stay off the sidewalks.

Vampires…

Coolest non-dead creatures around… well, some of them are anyhow. I like Barnabas, Spike, Angel & Druscilla, the Lost Boys and of course, Lestat. The twinkle-toes vamps leave much to be desired.

Funny People…

They make me laugh…

Domestic Abuse…

No laughing matter. Don’t fight or get physical. Just freakin’ leave if you can.

Strippers…

Went there – saw that – wasn’t impressed. Just saying…

Rev. Al Sharpton…

One of the most racist, dishonest pieces of crap in human history.

Drag Queens…

Been there and done that. I make an ugly ass looking female. Some people can do it and it’s sexy. I do it and it’s “Bride of Frankenstein II”.

Flash Bad Guys…

Flash had the best foes with Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang, Grodd, The Weather Wizard and the Reverse Flash. Best Rogues’ Gallery ever.

Bad Habits Are Hard To Break…

And his name is Danny…

Senility…

I had something to say here. I don’t remember what it was. My bad!

Cake…

I like birthday cakes. I wish I had some right now. I’m hungry!

Straight Guys…

No such a creature despite what they might claim. Mix in some alcohol and some discretion and every guy, with very few exceptions becomes just like the Flintstones… ready for a gay old time. Ask me how I know? lol.

And now, let’s get into the holiday spirit by pulling a few topics from the other bag, the Christmas version of the “Magic Bag”.

Red & Green…

The colors of Christmas. Also the colors of blood and money. Coincidence? Probably not.

Crappy Presents…

For one year at Dairy Mart, our Christmas bonus was a coupon for a free carton of egg nog. I kid you not. It’s true!

Reindeer Games…

What Rudolph and Ernie, the Elf were doing when no one was looking. Island of Misfit Toys indeed. Bunch of freaks!

Pablo, the Mexican Reindeer…

We actually sang this song, about a Mexican reindeer, when I was in 5th grade for a school Christmas concert. I still remember the song. We need to build that damn wall.

Rabbit Dogs…

A sausage dog with chili, cheese, mustard and BBQ. Very good and filling. Created by my good friend, Rabbit, hence the name. The best thing in the world, besides sex and alcohol, on a wild weekend night of clubbing and partying.

And there you go with another one in the books. Day 8 is finished and complete and, at least until tomorrow, I am caught up with the 12 (Dougie) Days and back on track, as I should be. Thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts and all feedback is welcome and appreciated. Have a great Holiday season and be safe out there. Until the next time, I love you! Take care and always rock!
