Tossing Salt Presents:
Ultimate Wrestling Q&A
The Rock & The Usos, Partying & More
December 3, 2020
Are you ready for a rapid-fire edition of the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A? Well, I am if you are. Let’s do this.
Allegedly, the plans at WWE are for Roman Reigns to face Jey Uso, then Jimmy Uso, and then culminating in a match with The Rock at Wrestlemania. Thoughts?
Works for me. We get two new singles stars made in Jimmy and Jey, giving their characters some extra development and more of a future than just being “tag team wrestlers” and then, we hopefully get the return of the “Great One” at Wrestlemania. It’s a win-win for all involved.
The Rock has endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Thoughts?
The Rock is a great wrestler, actor, businessman, and entertainer. That being said, he’s not perfect and even the best make mistakes sometimes. And this is the perfect example of that. He’s still the most electrifying man in sports-entertainment, but just bad taste in politicians.
The Jerky Boys have a new album out, the first in over twenty years. Thoughts?
I loved the Jerky Boys when they first came out and I can’t wait to hear the new material and more from our good friend, Sal Rosenberg. It should be awesome.
Who would be the most fun to party with? Marty Janetty, The Iron Sheik, Jamie Dundee, or X-Pac?
I don’t want to party with Marty since he allegedly kills gay men and is a goof anyhow. The Iron Sheik would be interesting, but he’d probably call me a jabroni. X-Pac makes the most sense since he’s cleaned up, for the most part, and there’s the least chance of getting arrested, but I think the most fun would be Jamie Dundee. He’s obnoxious, a bad drunk, and would be annoying as fuck, but he’s very much like some of the people I used to hang with back in the day. Been there and done that and survived. I think that would be the most fun.
The Road Warriors versus Bruiser Brody & Stan Hansen. Who wins?
It’d be a double-disqualification or no-contest. There is no way that either team would take a clean fall here and do the job.
Where is Daniel Bryan?
I believe he’s taking time off due to the pandemic and the birth of his new child. He’s also a part of the Total Bellas reality show. He’ll be back sooner rather than later.
Who would you like to see step up and challenge Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship?
I’d like to see Shawn Spears, accompanied by manager Tully Blanchard of course, be the man to take Moxley out. That would be mighty satisfying to see.
And there you go. Any comments, thoughts, or questions you’d like to see answered, drop me a line. My thanks for reading. Until the next time, take care of yourself and stay away from the crazies, unless it’s at a wrestling show of course. I’ll see you at the matches.
