Roses are red and Smurfs are blue. It’s called the Ultimate Wrestling Q&A and I do it just for you. Let’s do this.

Who do you think will be the next AEW world champ and when? Also, who would you most want to be the next AEW world champ if the answer is different?

Who will beat Hangman Adam Page and capture the AEW World Championship? I have a feeling that Adam Cole Bay-Bay will be the man to end Page’s as of yet unspectacular reign at the top, most likely at AEW Revolution on March 6th in Orlando. As for who I’d like to see be the man to relieve Page of that title, I’d like to see MJF do the honors.

Who would you want to see the most jump ship from AEW to WWE?

Cody Rhodes. Oops, too late. It appears that’s already happening. How about Wardlow, Ricky Starks, or Powerhouse Hobbs? All three men would, I believe, do well under the WWE umbrella.

What’s the best and the worst thing about professional wrestling?

The best thing about pro wrestling is the escape it provides from the real world by providing us with the best entertainment, the best athletes, the best improvisational actors and characters available. And the worst thing is stupid stories that make a person embarrassed to admit they’re wrestling fans. You know exactly the type of stories and things I speak of.

Do you know why AEW is not pushing Jungle Boy as a singles wrestler and having him be in a tag team instead?

Jungle Boy is a work in progress and one that I feel AEW is doing exactly right. Being part of the Jurassic Express, not to mention one-half of the tag team champions, give him more opportunities to learn and get better, while keeping him strong and in the spotlight at the same time. Jungle Boy doesn’t really have the size necessary to be a believable singles star yet, but as he grows as a character and performer, the potential grows. It’s called building a star up slowly and making sure he’s ready for the next level. It’s a good idea that wrestling needs to use more often. He’ll get the push when he’s ready, as it should be.

Who should hand Jade Cargill her 1st defeat and be the next TBS Champion?

Looking at the current AEW Women’s Roster, I think Serena Deeb would and should be the most likely prospect.

What was your favorite version of Sting’s character?

For me personally, I liked the Joker Sting that he used in TNA. That version, along with the Wolfpac Sting from WCW, was when he seemed to be having the most fun and enjoying himself, and that emotion was fun to see and enticing.

Steve Austin versus Kevin Owens at Wrestlemania is allegedly being discussed. Thoughts?

If you think this is a good idea, give me a hell yeah! Hell yeah! I’ve got my Steve-Weisers ready to go. What? Let’s do this. I’m ready to see Stone Cold stomp a mudhole in someone’s ass. What? Book it, Vince.

Who do you think will give Hook his first loss?

Absolutely no idea, but just taking a random guess, I’d go with Darby Allin. Why? I have no idea, but I just think it would be an excellent match and regardless of who wins, both would benefit greatly and look great.

And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, thoughts, and any questions you may have are welcome and appreciated. Until the next time, take care and be safe. I’ll see you at the matches.

Ubuntu!
