In a world full of questions, I’ve got the answers. Well, five of them at least. It’s 5 Questions. Let’s do this.
What is something that never ends well?
Well, for me personally, it’s love and relationships. Flings and hook-ups are great, but when it starts getting serious, things start going wrong. I think I’m cursed. And any situation that starts with, “Hey y’all, watch this!”. Go ahead and call the ambulance because it’s going to be needed.
What is something you always look forward to?
Spending time with my bro and his family. I love them Peeps! And bedtime. I like to sleep.
What is something you think should be illegal?
Smoking grass in public. Oh wait, it is, but everyone ignores that particular law. I don’t care if someone smokes grass or not, but when you basically have a cloud of that nasty, stinking odor following you around and I have to smell it, or when you’re so high, you’re essentially a walking zombie with the IQ of a breadstick, you need to give it a rest. Smoke at home and don’t make the rest of us have to suffer from your criminal antics.
What is the most difficult thing in your life right now?
Getting up every day, putting on a smile, and keeping on keeping on, when all I want to do is just give up and quit the fight. Times are hard right now and it seems that I’m all alone in this fight and the world is against me. I know that’s not the case, but for every step forward, it’s three backward, and it’s getting old. I’ll keep fighting because that’s what I do. I just don’t really want too much anymore.
What are your thoughts on the “hookup culture”?
If you have an itch, it needs to be scratched and so long as the other person is consensual, adult, and legal, I’m all for it. Have fun and if it feels good, do it. Relationships are great, but they’re not always practical or convenient. A random hook-up every so often is the alternative.
And there you go. My thanks for reading. Comments, questions, and any thoughts on what I’ve written here today or anything at all, drop me a line in the comments or at my e-mail of Doug28352@yahoo.com. Until the next time, take care and be safe. I’ll see you on the next go-round.
